Installed these took me a day or more had to pull axles both sides and change gear oil reinstall cover on difflot of work but was worth it. durable. powder coated for rust protection.my dust covers were totally rusted out these worked like a charm

The following applies to the 2007 Ram 1500 quad cab which has a Chrysler 9.25 rear axle:Correct outer diameter, Correct sized center axle hole. But wrong positioning of the 4 larger holes that should have easily cleared the nuts that hold on the base brake mounting bracket (it did not). Also the holes for the three 6mm bolts that hold on this brake backing plate/dust shield were way off. This being said, if you are stubborn/determined like I was and have a plethora of drilling equipment, you can use your old dust shields (if they have not disintegrated) to mark the correct positions for the needed holes, and make these work. Surprisingly after all the drilling this part is still plenty ridged.Anyway for $70 this should have been an easy 5 minute bolt on process, but took far far longer and much frustration. So why does amazon claim it fits my vehicle?

Good fit, good price, can use my parking brake again now. Old backing plates were so rusted parking shoes didn’t sit properly and parking brake didn’t work.... I no longer have to leave my truck in 1st gear to stop it from rolling

I installed these on my 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4. The true test of their quality will be what they look like after a few salty New England winters. For now I am pleased with the price and the fact that the fit was spot on.
