My originals were in good shape still but I thought there were worn out. Easy install, quality part nonetheless.

Bought a used chevy cobalt recently and owner said he got struts changed to get rid of knocking but the mechanic couldn't find reason for knocking. Spent a little extra to get the metal bracket and lugnut. Feels very high quality and was a cheap easy fix.

Had one stabilizer bar bracket completely broke/rusted off on the driver side. Removed the wheel, used Liquid Wrench the night before. Bolt came right without issue even though this car has lived its entire life in the rust belt. Had to remove the stabilizer rod bolt driver side to be able to move the stabilizer bar high enough to get the rubber donut to clear the frame and be able to get the new bushing bracket flange to angle enough to get it into the rear bracket slot. Once started in the back slot, the bracket slid into place, re-installed the front bracket bolt, stabilizer bar bolt back on, wheel back on, no more loud clunks from the front driver side - without the stabilizer bar bracket, the bar would bang randomly into the frame with a loud clunk.

I originally went to the auto store and bought some that were marked as polyurethane because that's all they had in stock. Those turned out to be squeaky and annoying. The originals that I took out were rubber, so buying this was a good idea. The doorman kit even came with new brackets and bolts!!! Car rides like new again.

I had some knocking/clunking noises in the front, driver side of my Cobalt that would occur after hitting bumps or making sharp turns. After replacing shocks, struts, springs, tie rods, one control arm, and the sway bar end links I decided to try to replace the sway bar bushings, as well. The Dorman kit was the only manufacturer that appeared to sell the brackets, bushings, and hardware all together. These were easy to install (took roughly an hour and a half.. mostly waiting for PB Blast to loosen the old hardware up) and best of all the knocking/clunking sounds are gone!
