So far so good... I was hesitant to buy this drive shaft based on reviews but wanted a quick fix for now. So far it is performing nicely and I hope it lasts a long time.Installed on 2005 cummins automatic

Well, I bought the first driveshaft and installed it couldn’t go over 45 miles an hour. They said it was pre-balanced , You can just install and go. That is definitely not the fact. Returned the first one and had them send me out a second one install that one about 90% better but still had vibration at certain speeds so I sent that one back. Terrible product. They definitely are not balanced and I know this because I wound up rebuilding my original driveshaft, and had that balanced just to be on the safe side and reinstalled it. I’ve had absolutely no problems with my original driveshaft. Even when the first two brand new ones were installed and had the issues once I remove them, my issues went a away. Absolutely terrible product. If I could actually give them less than a one star review, I would the only good thing that came out of It is their customer service at least from my experience was exceptional. I told them I had a problem they sent me on another one. When the second one had a problem I told him I’m gonna send it back and I wanted a refund, and I got it. customer service was five stars, product zero

took to a local driveline shop because it was making a grinding noise in the cardan joint i was told the joint was not rebuildable the unit was not rebuildable only has 1200 miles on it and is shot cheap u joints

Seems well constructed. Just unsure what the expected life is becuse there is no grease fittings for the U-joints or Cardan joint. There is a grease fitting for the spline portion of the shaft.

Much cheaper than buying from Dodge. Still cheaper than rebuilding the broken shaft. Pulled a 3/4 ton truck and dump trailer out of a muddy corn field one hour after installation. Pulled a 35 ft 5th wheel camper out of a Florida sand lot 3000 miles later. I love it, so far.
