Bought and installed this 11 1/2 months ago and it has already failed.Like most things, if you youtube it there are detailed instructions and it is fairly easy to install the new Power Vent Motor for the side vent window. About six months after the install the motor would make a strange rattling noise when opening and closing the window. Perhaps I should have investigated it at the time but I wasn't too concerned about it. Then the window started not opening and closing all the time and you had to mess with the switch to get it to work before it finally stopped working completely. I checked the fuse to validate that wasn't it, but knew it wasn't because a blown fuse wouldn't allow it work sporadically.For a "new" product of this price I would not recommend anyone to purchase this brand based on the demonstrated quality and life span.

Motor functions ok, but is very noisy compared to the OEM motor. I can live with the noise considering the $$ savings. My 2 concerns are the "plastic capture" part that holds the pivot ball on the bent glass is mis-formed, so I'm going to have to tape it in place so it doesn't fall out the window. I'm also concerned that the noise the motor makes when in operation will lead to premature failure. Time will tell I suppose.

Despite many negative reviews I read here, and although the Amazon app suggested that this might not fit my Chrysler Town & Country 2015, I gave it a try since my car was broken into with force and i had no choice, and this worked amazing, was easy to install (watched on YouTube exactly how to), and it works perfectly.

A careless person broke our vent window cam parts. We had to tape it shut, but now with this Replacement, it works perfectly again. Without it, we would still have a mess. there are instructions on YouTube on how to disassemble your car and install the part. It is actually pretty easy but kind of scary when you rip into the back of the car. We used this on a Chrysler Town and Country Minivan

I had to order two of these and still they could not get it right, the first one ran in reverse and the second one had a loud sweak, I ended up ordering a used one from ebay and that one worked perfectly & was half the cost. I had the same experience on another one I bought for a Dodge Grand Caravan from Dorman. These motors from Dorman are terrible. I will never buy another Dorman product again if I do not HAVE to. I am so greatful to Amazon for being the company they are as they returned all of these junky motors, now if they just wouldn't even bother to list them on their site they would save everyone involved a lot of troubles, including Dorman.

This motor fits and works perfectly. Install was simply, do a search on youtube for a video on the installation
