Hello,Mr. Reviewer here with another one.I recently got a new Dorman Body Throttle for my truck. When I was reviewing this NO ONE explained what code they got to fix this issue. The code I received was a (P2176) I replaced the sensor originally, but when I looked at the entire Throttle Body it had carbon everywhere. I decided to replace the entire thing days later. The install was simple, remove the snorkel and a few bolts. Retighten things down and wallah….It’s driving better and no mores codes. When you accelerate it go’s quickly now, I think it has to go through the relearn mode to register the fuel delivery so things can balance out. Time will tell once it all relearns.I’ll keep everyone updated to see if the problems fixed. No factory programming needed-Ohh yeah….. make sure you unplug you negative cable because this is an electrical component, just saying. 🫡Update, after about 69 or so miles, the system reprogrammed itself and idling is fine now. The truck runs smoothly. You won’t regret your purchase. Just check your codes to help give you the determination of the issue. If your wanting to replace the sensor, just do the WHOLE thing.Mr. Reviewer

Package arrived in a nice Dorman box, was not sealed or even taped. Opened it up to a used throttle body and gasket. Went and bought one at oriellys. Waste of time.

I love it. You can see the difference in the picture between the old and the new. It comes with a gasket, installation is a breeze, fits perfectly.

It was easy to replace, new gasket was in package but already had ordered a new one.It eliminated the fault i had and the car works well now. Supposedly, Dorman installed an optical sensor in, so it should be pretty much maintenance free.
