The square cut seal is too large, probably for 45mm bore and therefore doesn't fit the caliper for 2008 Infiniti FX35 rear caliper which is 43 mm.

As others have stated this doesn't fit the 43mm piston of the dual piston Subaru Legacy calipers. This is for Mazda 2002-95, Mitsubishi 2006-01, Nissan 2011-02, Toyota 2010-91, Toyota 1989-88. Wish I checked first, now I'm screwed waiting for parts AGAIN!!

These are 45mm seals. NOT 43mm like the description states. Even on the Dorman website it says 43mm. This is wrong.

Have had no issues to date. Make sure when you do the job you pay attention to not damage the seals and I STRONGLY recommend getting a backup set for in case bad things happen. Cheaper and faster to have a second set before you have the calipers apart.

I have ordered caliper repair kits in the past and have never had a problem that the description is not correct. The product descript states it is for a 43mm bore size - these will NOT fit as they are 45mm seals for the pistons. So if you need these for your infiniti which requires the 43mm size, do not buy this kit. I am disappointed after reading some of the other reviews that go back 5 years and they knew they had this problem, but still have not corrected this misleading information.

Quality of repair kit was good but it was wrong size (too small) so it wat useless. However I threw away packaging and wasn't able to return it. I end up buying new calipers localy for $ 140.00 and that solved the problem. Next time I will keep the package until I confirm that I got the right part.

i never leave review. but stay away from this product. i hate that i did not read prior reviews. the inner seal does not fit, and its too large. its supposed to be 43 mm bore, and its more like 45 mm bore. no sense in returning, since the shipping cost would not be worth the effort.

I wish I had read the previous comment before I ordered this kit. At the end of the day, I can only blame myself but the "car match" check they have at the top was quite misleading. So a heads up to anyone who has an Outback Wagon (mine is a 1998) and NOT A GT. The square cut gasket is too big for a 2.5 L Legacy Outback Wagon. You have been warned! That is why I put a lower review, in hopes that people will read this and not end up like me.Happy trails!

The parts are almost a direct replacement for the 1998 subaru legacy outback wagon, but the inner O-rings were quite a bit larger than the stock pieces and were very very difficult to get back into the grooves. When they did originally fit, it was quite difficult to reinsert the piston back into the caliper past the O-rings. However, everything is back together and working normally (only after driving 20 miles though). This alone would have been only worth 4.5 stars because of the slight inconvenience......but it came with a bleeder screw rubber cap (not pictured) so that's a bonus!
