I am blown away by the difference this mattress cover has made to my quality of sleep. Right from the first night that I tried it I noticed an enormous difference in the comfort, the temperature control, and the ease of movement during the night AND, most importantly, the almost eliminated back and neck pain I have been suffering for quite some time now. I would definitely recommend this to anyone considering a mattress cover in lieu of putting out much more money for a brand new mattress.

This topper is very good. My first concern was that it was not as soft as I would have liked. It also took two days to reach the it's full thickness. To be fair, the literature told the customer to be patient. With these two issues, I find this topper very comfortable. Pain that I had before in my hips when sleeping, seems to be greatly helped. A win for the topper!

This has been a great purchase. Arrived quickly and after following directions put it on the bed and had a great sleep! There was no smell and the thickness was just right, 3 inches.

This top improved the loft of my mattress and helped my hips to not hurt as much. At the same time, there wasn't a much sinking into the top as with some toppers. Plus it's cool to the touch, but not really cool. I bought this eve though it was expensive because of the Consumer Reports recommendation, and I'm glad I spent the extra money!

Outstanding product. My bed was brand new but still too firm so we picked up one of these to help soften it. My goodness, what a massive difference it has made. The mattress feels like a dream. Could not recommend this more positively. It also stays put in place and does not slip at all. Absolutely like a dream to sleep on. My only negative is the price of this. I have to agree with many of the comments on Amazon that this is very expensive for what it is but at the same time, it is amazing to sleep on and what price comfort and a good night's sleep so no regrets either because it really made a huge difference to the quality of our sleep. Now almost 2 months later, and not changed my opinion one bit. By a mile the best mattress topper we have ever slept on. It really is like a dream. Going to purchase another for our Queen bed. It is expensive, but I would not trade it for anything.

It does have a new smell that takes a week or so to go away. I shook it and let it air out. Now it is fine. It made my very firm high quality mattress feel more comfortable. I think it would also make a too soft mattress firmer. It is a good firmness compromise. My heavy duty mattress protector and my sheets still fit fine. It is well made. It stays in place with the adjustable stretch straps.

First - I have been using this for a few days now and being a side sleeper, this mattress cuts off the blood circulation in my shoulders and down my arms into my hands. Not a fan and definitely not happy about the cost of it since it isn't helping my sleeping comfort. It's actually the opposite.Second- Their return policy on their website basically states that they want people to continue to use it beyond 30 days to allow our bodies to fully adjust to sleeping on this new surface and then after that time and before 100 days, if we still didn't like it then we could return it. EXCEPT FOR ORDERS PURCHASE FROM AMAZON.Third- If I do return it through Amazon's return process then how am I supposed to get this back inside the original bag and box in order to return it??I think that I am going to wait another week before trying the return process. I did buy a thick down cover and a thin softer foam to go over the top to see if that helps from cutting off my circulation yet keeping my back and hips comfortable. But, I'm still frustrated and disappointed with this product, the trial and return issues, and the fact that the risk on this to begin with was $400. Sad.If this mattress topper was able to help me to sleep comfortably instead of making more discomfort and pain, then $400 would totally be worth it. In my case, it is not.

No pain in the first morning after you slept on it. I was suffering from changing beds often while travelling and visiting. They have beautiful mattresses but I my back hurt and I have fibromyalgia.No more pain. I bought one for the cottage and am going to get another one for my bedroom. It does everything it says it does. Fit the queen bed exactly, thickness is perfect. Follow the instructions to get it ready to sleep on. This is less expensive than buying a new bed orca new mattress and its like a new bed.. . I put it over a 40 year old mattress. Keeps your body temperature normal. Worth every penny.

So, I really don't feel that this mattress topper is worth anywhere near the cost. It's not cooling by any sense of the word. It's not very comfortable compared to other toppers that I've had. I expected it to be supportive, cooling and comfortable but it's really not (at least to me) any of these things. I'd return it but it's really too much trouble to try to cram it back in a bag or box in order to send it back. Not to mention it's heavy! I've slept on this now for about 2 weeks now. At times it's somewhat comfortable but others it seems like it's very uncomfortable. I have not experienced any pain relief as far as my back or hips and my sleep quality has not improved from what I can tell. It does not seem like it's 3 inches tall/deep but I haven't actually measured the depth. You HAVE to use the straps to attach it to your mattress or it will slide all over the place and it is NOT easy to push back into place. As far as the 'special' foam inside, it's kind of stiff but doesn't seem to have any real support, it squishes down a lot under your body weight but feels stiff.
