We wanted something as a decorative barrier (for grandkid safety) in front of our gas log fireplace. This was one of the largest I could find and I think it adds a nice look to an otherwise plain fireplace. It’s very sturdy and functions well for our needs. Thanks!

The mesh is super thin and has abnormalities in the pattern. it opens into the fire which is not helpful, and the metal is super thin. The only reason I’m keeping it is because we’ve ordered two and they’ve both been like this and so until I find one in a store that’s nicer i’ll use this one.
