This is very cheap quality almost just like a double sided tape... Definitely not glass adhesion

This is good tape for replacing windows. Plastic on tape works good. Good adhesion. 1/16 foam. Big roll

I have no idea how well this sticks or holds up, but what came is not the size I ordered and will not work for my application. 3/4 inch will not work for my windows! Some times more is less. I don't know if the picker grabbed the wrong part or if it's a bad description, but buyer beware!

You need this when you replace a double pane window. The broken window that I removed was held with silicone, that is a royal pain to remove. This is what all the window companies use to seal the double pane units into the window. Works perfectly. Hint, Just peel the blue backing off at the four corners, then push the window unit in place, then pull the rest of the blue backing off
