This tape is strong so you only need a little bit to secure things even when gravity will be a factor like when hanging something on a wall. These 'nano' tapes can damage wall surfaces so if you need to remove them, roll from the edge, do not pull away from the wall. Rolling will also help ensure there is no residue left over. Use a small amount on a vase to secure it to a shelf and help protect it from accidentally falling. The really great thing about this tape is it's not as wide as most I've seen on the market and it has a dispenser so the sides of the roll of tape aren't sticky. If you've ever had another brand of this kind of tape, you probably have had issues with it sticking just as much on the side as the two surfaces that are meant to stick. This tape works well, stores easily and cleanly and I definitely recommend it.

i got this for a purpose it seemed well fitted for but discovered this tape is not nearly as strong as i thought it would be and had to get better tape

I was searching for something that would keep a LiPo battery from sliding around without:1. having to mechanically squeeze or clamp down on the battery and-2. leaving a lot of residue or mess when I eventually need to replace the battery.Since both the battery and my mounting surface were smooth plastic this type of "nano" adhesive-free material seemed worth a shot. It does seem to work, very well. Well enough that I don't need the light clamp force that I have designed into my device. It helps to manage the battery wire so I'll keep it, but even without it, the battery isn't going anywhere until I want to remove it. I suspect that the removal process may result in the destruction of the battery but it won't matter at that point. Good stuff for smooth surfaces. I'm sure i will find other uses. Perhaps that dash cam that always falls off when it gets hot out.

I have the govee t2 for my tv and recently upgraded tvs so I needed to remove the light strip and add to my new TV. This made it so amazingly easy I immediately purchased a 2ndset. I wish I had noticed it was only 10ft because I needed 17ft, but that's on me. It was super easy to install on my led lights, and the backing removed clean and easily. Literally made this installation a breeze. Could not ask for a better product.

Does a very good job of holding things in place. The facing on the tape is a tad difficult to remove - I had to scrap my fingernails over the edges repeatedly, but eventually got it off.

I recently received these two rolls of "2PCS Double Sided Tape Heavy Duty, Double Sided Mounting Tape, Heavy Duty Double Sided Tape for Walls Clear Picture Hanging Adhesive Strips(3M+12.7MM+1MM)" and I am reasonably pleased with it so far.I've been doing some interior redecorating and a fair number of things are now hanging on the wall that were not before. But I'm a stickler for "level" and kinda go crazy with crooked pictures. In fact, a pet peeve of mine is that I can't stand it when a framed picture hangs at a slight angle away from the wall because of the picture hanging hardware on the back of the frame. I often remedy this by placing a small foam spacer behind the lower portion of the picture frame. Getting those foam pieces to stay in place isn't especially hard, but I do tend to knock a lot of them loose when I go through and dust/wipe down the picture frames during normal housecleaning. And that's where this double-sided tape comes in to solve my little problem.One tiny piece of this is all I need to secure a small foam block to the back of a picture frame and I instantly have a perfectly (or near-perfectly) level (to the wall) hanging picture frame. I've already secured 4 or 5 of the framed pieces of art with fresh foam thanks to this tape. Will it hold? I honestly see no reason it won't, but I'm also not asking a whole lot from it.The adhesion seems pretty good, but I've only used double-sided tape a few times. What stands out more than the stickiness of this tape, however, is its thickness. Double sided tape I've used previously has been about the same thickness as masking tape - relatively thin. It worked fine to hold incredibly lightweight items (like an 8.5 x 11 printout), but wasn't strong enough (or thick enough?) to work for my home picture-leveling project, so this tape being a little bit thicker is a nice plus as far as I'm concerned.The two rolls are priced at $14.99 as I type this review, and based on similar products, I feel the price is reasonable and I have no significant reservations recommending this product to others.
