Perfect storage , serving tray and carrying case for brining Deviled Eggs to a party. Lift out top layer which serves as a tray to display 12 eggs, leaving another 12 eggs in storage case to keep fresh. Worked well and it’s a party favorite. Seal snaps shut lightly.

I've purchased two; the second one arrived with a chip in the lid which does NOT affect the seal. The quality of the plastic does NOT suggest dishwasher-safe, so I have handwashed them. The design is secure for the deviled eggs: I transported them in a cooler for 6ish hours in the back of an SUV 400+ miles through the mountians and they arrived looking beautiful.

This egg container is a very compact way to store deviled eggs. The top tray is easily removed using the notches on the sides of the tray. What a wonderfully creative design. Love it!
