It does the job but I’ve had better ones. This on was bent a little when it arrived. I easily moved it back but goes to show that it does bend easily. It works well for dough but I would rather pay more for one that doesn’t bend.

This is simple yet decent dough blender. I like that the handle fits my hand nicely and the non-slip comfort grip is nice especially when I m blending bigger batches. The blades are very sturdy and don't deform when I add some force. The blades are sharp so I would not scrape off with my finger but with small spatula instead. I expect this little tool should last me a long time.
