These are great. I have flat feet and put them on during a recent trip in my shoes and found them to be very comfortable.

I was in alot of pain my right foot. I received my arch sleeve Friday, Saturday I could already feel relief. This is a great product. It's comfortable, stretchability and you will feel the results immediately. This is a must buy!

I'd started to suffer from plantar fasciitis so have bought these for support and new running trainers. Between the 2 purchases this has stopped the problem I was experiencing and I'm back to running miles. I wear a size 5 shoe, wear them over my socks so they stay put. Easy to put on and off and swap between my boots and slippers

Meh. I normally wear shoes with soles already very supportive with high arches and pronating support. I do have a few pairs of cute winter boots, though, that have a normal sole and I need the arch support so I bought these. They are very comfortable, albeit it is in winter. I could not wear them in summer with sneakers as my feet got plenty warm in them wrapped around my feet in January. The material is flexible but has memory. I liked the idea of them rather than a full sole arch support which, when placed in a boot, makes the boot too tight. They stayed in place and I wore a regular sock over them. I gave 3 stars rather than 2 because they're comfortable. At first, it seemed as though my arch was supported better in the boot. But it really does not take the place of an orthotic or other full shoe support. I brought other shoes with me to work, luckily, as within 5 hours I had to change shoes. My feet were tired, my ankles pronating a bit and getting sore. Changing back to my supportive shoes... ahhhhh. So a big difference. Also, as other reviewers have noted, they have to be carefully handled as the part that goes around your foot is thin. I have worn these 3 times and I can see a tiny tear starting.I will keep these to wear with my cute boots only when I am going out to dinner or to the movies, etc. on occasion. I do not recommend relying on these for arch support for many hours or walking. I don't recommend them if you have ankle pronating issues. I don't recommend them if you want something sturdy that will last long. If you have slight arch support need occasionally, they may be ok.

I have very high arches and need support with most of my shoes. I've used the stick in arch supports before, but those are for one pair of shoes only. I thought I'd try these so that I can use them in multiple pairs of shoes.Firstly, these are very slightly too loose. Not wearable with bare feet, so I can't wear them with sandals. Plus you can still see them with sandals so they look stupid. Wearing them with socks makes them fit better, but they still slip around. Which makes it difficult to get your shoes on without them moving. I have to take off my shoe and adjust it 2-3x to get it right. So much for throwing on your shoes and running out the door. I'll get my shoes on and get up only to walk 5 feet and feel that the supports are not where they should be and I need to take them off and readjust.Once I get them where they need to be, they do their job. But with the hassle that it takes, I wouldn't recommend these to anyone.

So I bought this product because I got tired of using Dr Scholls arc support insoles. They always got dirty really fast, and also, after a while, the support was gone (I cannot complain that it makes the shoe more comfy..!).When I got this product, I was fascinated how different my feet felt. The first day of using it MY FEET HURT A LOT!!! You must follow the same procedures as buying arc support shoes: use it for a couple or hours first, and then rest your feet. But no, I used them the entire day, and as a college student, I walk a lot through campus to get to my classes. After getting used to them, I felt more rested; my feet were rested. I felt more support than using Dr Scholls insoles. Also, while on the train, I was able to finally balance myself with the train's movement. I felt like I could do anything! One downside is that you require precision to place the gel exactly at the same position as your other foot. I felt weird when my right foot felt that the gel was a little bit sided to the right compared with my left foot.Excellent product! Highly recommend!

This is much more comfortable than the orthotic that my podiatrist made, which was of course only supposed to be temporary in the first place. The strap that goes over the top of your foot is very thin silicone but seems to be holding up after daily use over a few weeks. It sometimes rolls up a bit when you put on a sock but is easy to straighten out from the outside once the sock is on, so no problem. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star review is that the part that goes in the arch could have been a bit thicker, but it could also be that my arches are simply higher than most people. I am male, 6' tall, 260lbs and I wear this not for plantar fasciitis but because I have plantar fibromatosis which this type of appliance is supposed to help. It does help reduce the pain in my knee and lower back on the affected foot, but most likely I am still going to have to have the fibroma cut out eventually. If this is what you are suffering from, this appliance may buy you some time and alleviate some pain, which is still a good thing. Hoping it will help me when our elliptical machine is delivered so I can lose some weight.
