It can do the job but looks a bit ugly hanging from the pipe. If the pipe gets low to the ground and under some brush, it will blend in much better. Maybe it's just me, but the color of the green should be muted a lot more. It's way too bright for my liking. Good quality plastic though.

Worked great in torrential downpour Lighter rain never rolled outHoping it will withstand the Florida heat and rain It is in full sunI ended up cutting it in half for the space it is in, and that worked great with heavy downpour but it never unrolled without enough water pressureI attached it with zip ties to my downspout Did not use the included twist ties

When my pool is nearly overflowing due to rain, I use this to run the water off to a safe place. Love it!

This product is pretty useless for most applications. It does not automatically roll back up after the rain ends. You have to manually do that every time it rains. That also means it will tend to blow around in the wind when there is no rain. The online product description does not mention the fact that you have to manually roll it back up each time; however, the product label does. Guess I should have read more of the product reviews. There's at least one that I found that mentions this shortcoming. That said, I have not used the product, so I rated each of the other features as two stars - just because I was so disappointed.

These are as advertised and probably would work okay if there wasn't any wind around. I've rolled these up only to find the wind blew them around. I then tried to position them between bushes to hold them in place but the wind twisted them around the bushes and kinked them. The only way to hold them in place is to tack them down then pick them up while mowing then tack them back down again. They were too light and didn't work for me but they were as advertised. I ended up going to rigid plastic extensions that flip up for a bit more money. They're okay but I don't recommend them for the price.

Takes the rainwater from the downspout over our concrete walkway to the drainage trench. I replace them annually because they are left connected year round in a very sunny area. Great product.

Such a simple product but saved me from having a water covered and subsequently ice covered driveway. The bag deploys and diverts the water beautifully . Slight pain in the ass to roll up again but its a small price to pay for what it gives me.

This is such an inexpensive convenient simple way to divert the water away from your foundation. Easy to install. Easy to move to mow around. Easy to walk over. Easy to reposition to avoid wash out and erosion.

These are worthless and a waste of money.

This is supposed to roll back up when it’s empty but it stays unrolled and has killed the grass under it. It attached fairly easily to the spout but apparently it doesn’t work the way it should unless you have a smooth downward slope which carries the water downward-apparently a greater slope than we have.

The plastic is very lightweight. I use plastic tarps that are 2 to 3X stronger. I'd recommend buying a heavy plastic paint tarp and cutting it to width and length along a seam, gluing the open edge with a marine adhesive to make your own better quality. Either way, you will have to roll it up after rain manually.Wow. All i can say is that its JUNK.

This drain extender works pretty well to at least contain the water in the extender. The connection twist ties should be plastic zip ties as in a heavy rain the twist ties break or fall off. The other issue is that you need a decent slope for the water to exit well. I know that is not the fault of the product, but usually you need one of these because the slope of your yard is not getting the water away from the house. Also should come with some kind of anchor system at the end as in wind/rain it can get blown right back against the house.
