I purchased this to see if it would help in relieving a sciatic issue and pain. Normally if I drive more than 2 hours, my leg really starts hurting, as well as my tail bone being sore. Using the seat, I was able to drive 5 hours straight on Monday, and 6 hours on Tuesday, without an issue. I really recommend it. This was not the most expensive ones and it really helped me.I do have fully adjustable seats in my car, so lowering the seat to accommodate the cushion was not a problem. If you have a car that does not have a height adjustment for the seat, it may be an issue.

It was much thicker and more firm than anticipated. It helped in the tailbone area but but was too thick for above the knees. The grandson loves it though.

I can now drive without pain! The cushion is very soft and cushions the right areas. It doesn't slip or slide around even when getting in and out of the car. I have lower back pain, from an old injury, that has gotten worse over the years. Before I bought this cushion, I could not drive without excruciating pain that extended down into my legs. Yesterday, I drove 1 and 1/2 hrs in heavy traffic with NO PAIN! This cushion has been a godsend for me. Of course, I still have a bad back, but I can now drive without pain! (I tried this cushion on my desk chair but did not get much relief. I don't know why.) Glad I gave this cushion a try!!

My leg and feet hurt and tingle sometimes went numb while driving before using this cushion. Drove on a 12 hour trip and had no problem, no numbness and no tingling. Removed the cushion as a test and the numbness came back. It's not soft but it works.

For me it has relieved about 75% of the pain of sitting on my tail bone, however it has moved the pressure to my hips which causes mild discomfort. Still much better than without it.
