It’s my first towel for Pilates and it’s sweat resistant as well as the perfect size for my mat. It doesn’t move around or anything and I’ve received many compliments in class of how pretty it is

I have 5 different ones of these for hot yoga. They don’t slide around when you’re doing different poses. Well worth the buy.I wash mine and hang dry after using them

These towels are phenomenal. The traction grips on the bottom make it more stable and I don't end up slipping and sliding around. They're easily machine washable and good at absorbing sweat. It doesn't shrink in the wash or dryer. And it's perfect width for a standard yoga mat. Worth the price!

This towel stays in place during Pilates, HIIT, or yoga workouts. I have not experienced any friction burns on the bottoms of my feet. I wash it with all my other workout items in hot water with regular detergent and it goes into a high heat dyer. It holds up well and have had no issues.

Love this towel! I sweat a good amount during hot yoga and kept slipping on my mat, so I needed a towel to help. This towel with the grips on the bottom is perfect and very absorbent! The color is amazing and get complaints on the towel. Must buy if you need something during hot yoga and to keep you from slipping. Also very easy to clean, just don’t throw in the dryer, hang to dry so the grips don’t lose their stickiness.

After looking at quite a few options, I finally selected this towel and overall I'm happy with it. It's nice and long, washes well and does its job to prevent slipping. The only thing I'm not crazy about are the nubby grippers on the back. They work to hold the towel in place but I can feel them somewhat through the towel especially when laying down. This probably can't be prevented and I would still recommend the towel.

Beautiful yoga towel, length fits my mat perfectly and there are non slip things on the underneath of the towel to keep it from sliding off the mat. Will be buying another for back up

This towel was a lot cheaper than Yogitoes, but does not perform as well for hot yoga. The "energy dots" on the mat side are rather hard and don't grip as well as the softer grips of the Yogitoes. The top side, while beautiful needs a good spritzing with water and still does not grip nearly as well as the Yogitoes which doesn't need any spritzing. But this towel is less than half the price, so it performs well for the price. I also have a couple Dusky Leaf towels and would say the top grip of this towel is better than the Dusky Leaf, but the Dusky Leaf has better grip on the mat side. Similar price.
