THis product is amazing but we have only tried the vacuuming so far. It cleans well, manages when it needs to recharge and then completes the cycle. WELL WORTH THE PURCHASE!!!!

We LOVE this vacuum! We had a roomba years ago and we were meh about it. Technology has come so far and this price point made it so worth it. The robot does a wonderful job navigating our house and getting all the crumbs our toddler leaves around the house. Even if we move furniture it does a great job of adapting to changes. If it does get stuck (which is usually from something our son dropped like a string or small toy) it easily resumes once we fix the issue. Battery life is great and we can run it automatically once or twice a day without issue. We love it and it just makes our lives so much easier and our floors are much cleaner!!!

Vacuum works ok, mop function is pretty disappointing. I have had both Roomba and Shark and this does not compare.

It gets stuck, but we have a lot of throw rugs and carpet. This would be perfect for hardwood floors and an open space. Too much babysitting the unit and I found it to be more of a hassle than it’s worth. That said, it is a sleek little robot vacuum and I think it would be great for a space with open areas and hardwood floors. It’s also a fraction of the name brand vac

Have 3 dogs. 2 large, 1 small. All have short hair but shed a lot. This vac is a life saver!Love that I don’t have to empty the tiny little dust pan in the middle of the cycle before it can resume cleaning. (Not my first robot vac) I’m usually asleep or not home when it’s ran.It has a nice rubber under brush instead of the standard bristled one and I have NEVER had to remove hair/strings from it. - if you’ve had one, you know the struggle.Would definitely buy again if I had to replace. It really does exactly what they say. If it has to go back and empty in the middle of a cycle, it comes back and resumes in the exact same spot. All other vacuums I have had have had crazy unusual cleaning patterns that take hours to complete. My old vacuum would take 4 to 5 hours to vacuum my space. This one takes between 45 minutes to an hour. It is very thorough and actually sweeps in the patterns. It is supposed to.I am not a fan of the mop. It does not clean evenly. However, I did not buy it for that so I am not going to give it negative marks for that but if you are looking for a mopping robot, I suggest the LS 10 ultra with the spinning mop pads. I have one of those on our ground floor as well where our dogs come in and out, and it does amazingly well! I have not had to pull the hand mop out since purchased.

At first the vacuum was great. The suction power is more than enough to clean my labrador hair. The problem is that after 3 weeks of usage, the auto empty functionality simply stop working. I contacted amazon suppurt, seller support, and deame support, no one gave me a solution. The response was that is proably a hardware issue and that I should return it. The problem is that I bought it with international shipping from argentina, and the shipping cost and tax that I have to pay to return ir are more expensive than the vaccum itself, so I will have to keep it and clean it after every use...

I’m extremely happy with this vacuum. I previously had another one from Hoover and this Dream is so much better! The app is convenient and easy to use, it has different settings and cleaning options and the suction power is amazing! The vacuum works great on tile, hardwood floors and carpet. The mapping feature is very accurate, allowing the vacuum to easily and automatically clean every area of your home or selected areas. And I love the fact that it empties on its own! The mopping mode is also much better than on other robots and gets the job done. This little robot had mad my life so much easier and is a great value for the price!

Never had a Robot Vacuum before, and I have to admit, it's fun to watch.The LiDAR Navigation, and Obstacle Avoidance really works. I was amazed how it was able to map the house on it's own and avoids the pet toys when we forget to pick them up.The vacuum works really well and does a good job throughout the house, as for the mopping,.....well.....It's ok. My wife thinks it's just fine, but all I see is that it just travels across the hardwood floor parts of the house dragging a moist cloth across the floor. Not sure what I was expecting from the mop part, but it might just be me.We loaded the app on the iPad and it is fairly easy to use. It's is also neat to watch the progress on the app and watch the path it takes.We did purchase this unit on sale, and as of right now, I think it was a good deal and would recommend it.
