It arrived soon after being ordered, but it did not work. The charging contacts in all 4 cradles were inconsistent (flicker on and off). The instruction page did not correspond with the product. It also gave off an odd smell when plugged in for more than 30 minutes.

Design is similar to the PS4 quad charging station except you dont set the controller in it, its designed to only fit the rechargeable battery pack for the Xbox 360. Feels cheaper (plastic) not well built as the PS4s.Please note: make sure to only purchase official xbox rechargeable batteries or else they will not fit! Nyko batteries will not fit! Which i own cause their cheaper. I had to hand them down to my son and purchase Microsoft brand.The green light never turns off even when the batteries are fully charged its still lit up. The circle light in the front turns blue like the ps4 quad charging station indicating they are fully charged but green light remains illuminated. I dont think that is suppose to happen. Now im unplugging it when batteries are fully charged in hopes not to burn it out or over heat it.This is the product I was reading about that had the shaky reviews not the ps3 quad charging station. Im going to be monitoring this product very closely to see if it starts acting up anymore than it already has.Again this was purchased by myself! Not given to me for free as a gift or to rate it with a bias review. I will give it to the people straight up how it is. Im already wishing that i listened to the other reviews! But its hard to find one like this. I have the pyramid charger and it awesome however its the one that charges 2 ps3 and 2 xbox 360 controller. It is solid and extremely nice in design. So that could be your other option when looking for a quad charger for the xbox 360.

This light weight and charges quickly. I have charged some of the off brand batteries with no issues. For the price I am happy with the quality and performance.

Can I give 0 stars? If I could I would. This product is complete trash. I ordered one and upon receiving, plugged it in and attempted to use. Immediately, I was greeted with flickering LED lights. In hopes this would "work itself out", I tried to plug in a few batteries. The lights that correspond to the ports were lighting when no battery was in it and vice-versa. Eventually after 1 hr of fiddling, this unit died all together. Stupid me, thinking this just happened to be a faulty/defective product returned and ordered another only to discover the EXACT SAME PROBLEM. Folks, do not buy this rubbish.Side note: It's a shame these things are even allowed to leave the factory in such condition. I will be avoiding all dreamGEAR products as this experience serves to exemplify the lack of quality controls in place at dreamGEAR.

I bought this so my kids could have a pack charging at all times as once in a while they do all day marathon gaming and they need a spare pack. Only thing we noticed it that light setup to indicate charging or fully charged doesn't seam to work they way we thought and it probably should do. But the kids were optimistic and gave it a try and sure enough charge and hold a charge even if the charger doesn't show that they are charging or charged.

I bought this for my husband a little over a year ago. It worked great for a while. Within the last few months it seems to not be charging the batteries very well. They only end up staying charged for a few hours (not of straight play time). And there's one battery that won't charge at all. I'll put a completely dead battery on the charger and less than 5 minutes later it'll say that it's completely charged? We've even gone as far as to kind of ignore the lights (thinking maybe it's a short) and just charge the batteries for a couple hours and then use them...but they'll just die around 20 minutes later.It is a good product, it's saving us tons on batteries. Maybe it's only supposed to work for a year, I don't know. It still works, just not as well.

This is perfect if you have gamers in your house and keeps them going without buying tons of batteries. I expected the one I ordered to be black but it came in white instead which I guess really doesn't matter.

Arrived super fast and it works great! If you have more than 2 batteries for your controllers I suggest buying these. Lights indicates if fully charged or charging.

i purchased the item and sent it to my brother in Jamaica and he complained to me that he saw smoke coming from the item and when he unplugged it the item was burnt on the inside. The batteries that were charging got burnt as well..... it seemed as if i got the bad apple from the bunch but i loved the way Amazon dealt with the issue. Good job Amazon. :D

i have know idea why its saying to rate a game... but w/e..i got this because the connect and play cables i had for my controllers broke. the batteries and cables were aftermarket products... the charger works great... although i did have to get some rechargable batter packs... i ordered 4 of them of course because its a quad dock.. that was a mistake.. kind of... before u make the mistake i did LISTEN... the point is that my little brother threw the other non microsoft trademark w/e they are xbox rechargeable batteries on the dock and suprisingly the dock pro charged them, even faster than the trademark batteries... now i got 6 batteries and 4 controllers... i guess thats not a bad thing... but i did waste a few bucks since i was dumb and didnt bother trying that out b4 i opend all the battery pack cases...but all in all the charger dock works amazing and i recommend it. you can charge any xbox 360 compatible rechargeable battery pack. and you dont have to fill up the dock to charge.. pretty sick..
