The install manual does not adequately describe steps for adjusting the hinges (even our professional installer was challenged).The hinges leak horribly due to defective design.This is "frameless" but the angled braces are more hideous than a frame.I would never recommend a dream line shower.

As seen on pictures, this item doesn’t keep it’s promise of being “clear max”. It’s garbage. I should’ve bought a cheaper item, and would’ve gotten the same results! I spent $629 for a shower that just holds water residues all over the glass, it’s total garbage!!! It’s too late to uninstall and send it back. Gonna have to live with it for years!!!

I love this enclosure! My contractor had mis-installed the door and when I called customer service I spoke to Paul who was an expert and not only got to the actual issue, he emailed me all the information needed to correct it. Thank you Paul!

After installing and reinstalling the door twice with an expert, the hardware continues to fail and the door eventually slips off plum and sinks down. In other words the door is simply too heavy for the hardware to stay online with the glass from the two outside panels. Notice the large gap at the top and the small one at the bottom.

Used this product to replace a older and failing RV shower in our motor home. Installation can become very tedious when trying to align 3 glass panels for a leak proof fit. Patience is very important during final installation and will require 2 people to align and tighten the hinges on the door. This is a frameless installation so don’t get the idea that this is a simple snap together product.
