Collets are used to hold the accessory bit into the rotary tool. These collets are engineered to give the correct fit with the locking nut. For flexible shaft attachments 225 and 90199.

3/32-inch collet for models 245, 250, series 3 and later; 260, 270, 280, series 2 and later; 275, 285, 370, 380, 395, 595, 850, 750, 232, 332, 241, 246, 277 and 8504; no. 225 and 90199 flex shaft attachments, and handpiece 235 and 237. Collets work with the collet nut (threaded) as a means of holding the accessory in the end of the tool.

Item was as described. Parcel was sent in a small bubble pack envelope. The aluminum collet would most likely fit other Bosch rotary tools. There's also and .If you're looking for a spare set like me you may want . For heavy constant use collets are a better idea than than .If you have various Dremel attachmets, changing collets can be a pain, and they can get lost easily on the messy work table. Better to have your attachments fitted with a spare set.

I had ordered the Dremels thru another Amazon merchant, and the 3/32" collets from this one. I don't know if they were backordered or what, but I received the Dremels almost 2 weeks before the collets arrived!NOTE: You must order this special size 3/32" collet if you want to use the Dremels with dental straight HP burs!
