I don't like threading my serger. But these needles are long and thin enough to go through needles. They made my life easier.

These are great but so fine I lose them. Just remember to put them in a safe place when done.

I love these threaders for my fine, size 28 Bohen Tapestry needles I use for cross stitch.

I've gone through 3 so far in the few months that I've had this. I usually split my embroidery floss into 3 strands and this is able to pull them through the eye. it's still a bit of a struggle and they do wear down the point of contact with the thread. expect your thread to break off in the area you pull from. I suggest keeping it close to the tail. They get very abused so at some point, they do end up snapping. I typically will bend the wire again and use it till it snaps (again). So far, it's the only type of threader that can handle the abuse of embroidery threads. I would buy again... I just wish they were a little more durable. It's just the nature of the craft, I guess.

I have a couple of sergers, including an old industrial machine which is a real pain to thread. These loopers make light work of a task that would otherwise be near impossible. They also work great for threading any needle from sewing machines to hand/embroidery needles. I like to put a little bright colored nail polish on the handle part to make it easier to find them...the silver is a bit too easy to lose on its own, but the contrast helps.

I've always been too klutsy to thread a lanyard loop through the tiny hole in, for example, a camera. Standard needle threaders with a diamond-shaped closed loop aren't usable for that purpose. This product works perfectly.

These are amazing. They work with thread, my cross-stitch floss, and yarn with equal ease. I've probably purchased a thousand of the little wire threaders over the years, and often used them once before they failed. I used one of these threaders for nearly a year before I figured out how to make it fail!!! If you think these might work for you, give them a try. The last time I ordered, I ordered two packages so that I had enough to give one to each of my stitching buddies to try. All but one of them has now bought them!
