Purchased them twice, just to always have a clean pair. Really good replacements for those stiff, paper-like inserts that come with many summer products. They come only a bit higher than the nipples, so that is something to remember when buying. High quality product. A bit of body tape keeps them in place when used without the pockets, or inside the pockets made of sleek fabric.

I use this as a filler so the molded bra cup that is too small won't crinkle. These work well for me. These aren't form-fitting silicone; they just work as a lifting filler. I like that they are washable.

The pads are too big. I thought this would be filler but it is all padding. Only wear this with full cup bras. Returning it is a waste of time. Don't buy unless you want a big foam pad.

As another reviews said "these are large" A lot of padding in these, more than any of my VS push-up bras. I bought them to put into the shelf bras of my workout tanks as privacy shields and they are working good.This is by far the best price I have seen for a product like this.
