I purchased this safe directly from MAXSafe. I have replaced it with another brand. These safes "vein print" technology is an absolute joke. It fails on the 1st read over 99% of the time. I have reentered my "print" multiple times, and it continues to fail on the 1st read 99.9% of the time. What's worse once it fails a read the subsequent read all fail even if I use a different "registered" finger. Don't waste your money on this safe. Go with another brand.
