This pole sander is overpriced at $25 for what it is and the pole itself is not built to last at all - maybe good for a room or two if you just need to level some textured walls for some light touch ups here and there or knock down some lightly applied popcorn ceiling but it is not going to be able to do much more than that before it gives up the ghost. The sanding head itself is ok but has a weak plastic joint instead of any sort of metal connection so you can not really be too rough with it. Works better without a pole as a hand sander but that defeats its purpose. About average quality for pole sanders in this price range but then again you do get what you pay for.

The hook and loop pad was attached off-center, and the rivet holding the head onto the disc had about 1/4" of play, causing it to be wobbly when removing it from the wall. It would function even with the quality control flaws, but products with these issues shouldn't reach customers. Not everyone will get one with quality control flaws, but it says a lot about the company if ones like this are missed. The pole is okay. Non-professional users will get by, but if I were painting frequently, I'd invest in a known good product.

This is a must have if you are doing more than an hour of sanding on ceilings and high walls. It was exactly what I needed. I don't think it would survive 1000 hours of use, but it is what you need for DIY stuff.

We’re in the process of remodeling our home, well… My husband is in the process of remodeling our home. He sending ceiling panels the most because the desk gets everywhere even with the mask it doesn’t matter. Help him to be further away from it rather than sand blocks and he was super happy when he started using it.

In theory this is a great item, but in reality, the design needs to be improved. The swivel sanding disc is awkward and actually made it more difficult and time consuming to sand my drywall. My ceilings are 11 feet tall and the surface of the sanding disc would skip across the ceiling and it would completely stop when I tried pulling it backwards. The handle is pretty sturdy and I really like the adjustable length of the handle. The real design issue is the sanding disc swivel connector. If I had to do it all over, I would have completed the project by hand rather than ordering this product.

Liked the concept of the product and a longer extension pole but the extension pole end part that screws into the unit is made of plastic. It broke and was not helpful when it's being used for sanding the high walls and ceiling.

Nice time saving, back saving Pole Sander....The hook and loop pad is nice and smooth and has a good stiff density for making a consistent, flat surface..
