I recently used the Drywall Repair Tape Fiberglass Mesh to patch some cracks and seams in my walls, and I am extremely impressed with its performance!Pros:🛠️ Self-Adhesive and Easy to Use – The tape is self-adhesive, so there's no need for any additional adhesives or messy glue. It sticks securely to the wall, and I didn’t have to worry about it slipping or moving while I was working on the patch. It was a huge time-saver!🔧 Strong and Durable – The fiberglass mesh material is strong and resilient, making it perfect for reinforcing drywall repairs. Once the tape was applied and I added the joint compound, the repair felt secure and durable. It held up wonderfully, even after several coats of compound.💡 No Wrinkling or Bubbles – One of the issues I’ve had with other drywall tapes is that they tend to wrinkle or bubble. This fiberglass mesh tape laid down flat without any issues. It created a smooth, even surface for my compound, making the whole repair process much easier.🏡 Perfect for Small to Medium Repairs – This tape is perfect for small to medium wall crack repairs. It’s also great for seam patching and providing extra reinforcement for drywall repairs, especially in areas that experience movement or stress.🔄 Great Value – The roll comes with 100 feet of tape, which is more than enough for several repairs. It's great value for money and ensures that I have plenty of tape left for future fixes.Cons:Not for Large Repairs – While this tape works fantastically for smaller to medium repairs, if you're dealing with a large hole or extensive damage, you may need to use a different repair method.Overall:I highly recommend the Drywall Repair Tape Fiberglass Mesh for quick and easy repairs. It’s simple to use, durable, and works perfectly for patching up wall cracks and seams. It has made my DIY repairs a breeze and provided a professional-looking finish without the hassle. Great product, great value!

Performs as expected. The sticky side is just sticky enough to hold it in place before going over with mud and not so sticky that it would be difficult to remove and reposition before applying the mud overcoat. As with other similar brands, you do need to make sure the drywall is wiped free of any sanding dust that may have accumulated from other areas of your jobsite. It does not stick hardly at all, if there is any residual dust on your walls. (Other brands are exactly the same, so this is not an issue with this particular product.... just know that you need to keep the site clean when using this type of tape).

This is very much a quality basic adhesive mesh wall/crack reinforcement tape - it functions just like the roll I purchased from my local hardware store. This tape has good adhesion for strong joint reinforcement, and is easily covered by a moderate coating of all purpose compound. Make sure you wipe clean the surface first for better adhesion - a damp rag or tack cloth made a big difference when patching my plaster ceiling. Great value for 100 feet of tape!

I recently used this drywall repair fiberglass tape to patch up some holes, and it exceeded my expectations. The self-adhesive backing makes it incredibly easy to apply, and it sticks securely to the surface without peeling or shifting during use. It’s strong, durable, and holds up well under layers of joint compound. One of the standout features is how well it reinforces cracks and seams, creating a smooth and professional finish once the repair is complete. The fiberglass material is much sturdier than traditional paper tape, making it a great option for larger or more challenging repairs.Overall, this tape saved me time and effort and delivered excellent results. Highly recommend it for both small patch jobs and bigger drywall projects!

Review for Fiberglass Mesh Self-Adhesive Drywall Joint Tape by SummedUp:I remodeled my guest bathroom which left a lot of drywall work and this tape was great for all of the seams I had to seal. Fiberglass mesh offers much more crack resistance than paper tape and the 100ft length was more than enough to cover seams in three separate walls. I did apply mud first, then tape, and then more mud. The only hassle I noticed using this versus paper tape is that you can't just press your joint knife and tear it easily, so I used a carpenter's knife and voila problem solved. I'm not sure if it's because I applied mud first, I didn't notice a self adhesive feature. But that wasn't a negative as it made it easier to move the tape if I needed after applying it to the wall. Overall, I'm impressed with the product and I would recommend it for your projects.

The self-adhesive feature made it incredibly easy to apply, and the fiberglass mesh provided solid support for filling in cracks and seams. The tape adhered well to the wall surface, and I didn’t experience any peeling or lifting during the process. It's also versatile enough for both minor wall cracks and larger seam patches. The 100-foot roll provides excellent value for money, as I had plenty of tape left after completing the repairs. It’s strong and durable, making it perfect for quick and effective drywall fixes. Overall, I am satisfied with this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, reliable solution for drywall repairs.
