These double floats are a great protection against float failure. I don't really like the 10 second delay at the end of the cycle but it is a small tradeoff for the protection.Just remember they don’t last forever. When they need replacement, they do not shut off. I found they last me about 3 years. (I have a VERY uncommon situation because I have a VERY high water table and my pump is on/off for weeks at a time). So, your device may last much longer than mine.
