I purchased the Monsalis Dual Illumination Salt Rock Lamp as a gift, and while the lamp itself is beautiful and well-loved by the recipient, I was disappointed with the condition it arrived in. Upon unboxing, the dial attachment was broken, and the lamp wouldn't work.Unfortunately, this meant the gift couldn't be fully enjoyed, and since the item wasn’t eligible for pickup returns, I now have to go out of my way to drop it off at a UPS location. Additionally, with the holidays, the replacement I ordered won’t arrive until after Christmas, which is disappointing.I’m giving this product three stars because, despite the initial frustration, it truly is a beautiful lamp, and I hope the replacement works as expected. However, the broken piece and inconvenient return process took away from an otherwise positive experience.

Ordered 2 of them. Base screwed on crooked on both of them. Corner broken on both. Great idea poor craftsmanship ¬ packaged properly causing some damage - will not buy again!!

both lamps arrived different in size, one 20% smaller, both have uneven legs, salt structure looks sloppy, very disappointed

I have emailed the company twice about the lamp not being placed on the base correctly and have not heard back from them. I could return it and order a new one, but there are no guarantees that the new one would be any better. Very disappointed in the Customer service.

I have owned quite a few salt lamps and this is by far the most unique looking. It could be a little bit brighter, but still very lovely. I deducted a star because the bulb lasted less than a year. This is significantly shorter than other lamps I’ve purchased.

I bought this for my husband's office, because he fell in love with the pink salt lamp I bought for our bedroom. I thought he would appreciate the unique striated color of this lamp, and he loves it. Love he dimmer feature and that it comes with 2 bulbs. Gives off a beautiful light and vibe.

This was the perfect size for a large or medium room. The ambient light is soothing and de-stressing. The look is modern and unique, yet subtle enough to look great for many places and decor themes. The light is adjustable in brightness. The seller stands behind their products. I will be purchasing more.

Love this unique salt lamp. It's soothing glow is perfect to have on day and night within the plants. It's heavy and seems well made. I chose a brighter bulb because it is big and in the corner but the plants seem to love it and so do we.

I've had Salt Lamps before, but nothing like this one. It's truly lovely! It arrived in one piece, on time, and exactly like the pictures. I bought this for my spa suite in a salon, and it adds so much ambiance to my room.I love that it's dimmable, and I plan to leave it glowing all the time to help purify the air. It's unique and unlike any other salt lamps I've seen before. It's also quite heavy and solid, and it looks anything BUT cheap.I'm so happy with this purchase! And I have no doubt that this lamp is genuine. It's simply beautiful!
