Bought this variety pack for My daughter as a present. She stopped using every other pick we have and now only uses these. The assortment is great to explore the different thickness picks with different styles of music and instruments. If you want to try the gator grips this is a great assortment.

I am a later beginner guitar player. I like these picks very much. The selection is very nice. My issue is that they slip around in my fingers. I recognize this may be a technique issue on my end so I can't ding them too bad. I have resorted to getting the little 3M double-sided sticky dots and putting them on these.

For years, I always used the same pick to play bass without any thought on how the size of the pick affects my tone. I came across a discussion that brought this up - different picks will give you a different tone. So I bought this variety pack to test it out, and it sure does!This is a great selection of picks from thin to super thick with each giving a slightly different tone to my bass. The Gator grip feels good, has some texture and much more grip than my Fender celluloid pick which is super slick. Give these a try, there is something in here that is right for your style.
