These were perfect for moving my LP collection across the nation. The boxes are sturdy and protected everything nicely. The price is a little high, but it was worth it. I didn't want to throw them in the recycling when I was done because they are so nice, so I gifts them to a friend.

I'm in the process of downsizing after 40 years. I never knew how many LPs and Laserdiscs I have! I ordered 6 of these boxes and I'll need more...fortunately, these boxes seem to be up to the task. They are a little bit of a puzzle to assemble at first, but you'll get the hang of it. They are quite sturdy, and the handles and lids make them very practical. I'll be ordering more of these.

Recently moved and was in a bit of a time crunch to figure out how to move the record collection and stumbled across these boxes. These bankers box type containers was an economical choice that also protected my albums.Basically fits what would normally equate to one Kallax shelf worth of records. One thing they don't mention is the count they say these can hold is based off of 1LP, so if you have double, triple of even box sets, that's going to change the actual amount these can holdThe cardboard was thick enough to protect everything, if anything it was better than my prior way of moving my collection in plastic totes. These fit perfectly here.Warning though, these can get heavy. But I highly recommend these!

First the positive. Easy to put together, nice solid lid. Negative, compared to my old boxes I was replacing after more than 10 years of use these appear notably weaker. The former had a double thickness all around with a nice squared lip for strength and support. These are double only on the handle sides and bottom with a sharp edge instead of supportive lip. But..the price and shipping made them a reasonable choice and the capacity is about 2 inches more than the previous boxes. Time will tell how they hold up in stacking for storage but it is nice to have crisp bright white boxes again. The lids seem stronger than my previous and hopefully will provide a stable base.

We purchased these to ship our records across Canada in a ubox. The records arrived safely. So five stars. The boxes are simple to assemble but I found the perfection lead to A bit of ripping on the side of the box. And each box was not perfectly the same. But they still did what I needed them to do.
