They are great, but the inside gap is different from ring to ring. Then welds are all over the place. They barely fit and the rubber rings you might need all of them or 1 due to this. They look nice, but my winch cable doesn't fit around it so I need a shackle. So good and bad, but overall I like them. I'll probably grind down the welds at some point.

UPDATE: 10/07/2024: Contacted DV8 Customer Support - They agreed that this is unacceptable and are sending out a new set of D-Ring's, which makes me happy.These are beefy and have been useful as they have zero issues on a pulley system for my Gladiator pulling vehicles stuck in soft Florida sand. My problem is that they rust but in odd spots. One shackle hasn't had rope through it, and some places (I have the light gray ones) have rusted through the "powder coat". I have every mind to contact DV8 and yell at them. These aren't cheap d-rings, therefore, after 1 year of installation, they shouldn't be rusting - and this is not weather-related rusting either, this is imperfections in the powder coating. Crappity-crap.

As a title says the rubber shims make it impossible to install they get stuck in the thread of the bolt. Could only install with one on one side that rattled even tried lubing everything up, and they still won’t go on together. If they were plastic shims, they would slip on and not get caught. Returning

Messaged the company to ask if they are compatible with the stock capable bumper mounts, informed yes by the company. They will not work with the stock mounts and the bumper has to be modified to add the mounts that will work. Hopefully this helps someone else out that has the same question.

Nicely packaged in a reusable box for those who only mount as needed, uike some, these look exactly as pictured. High quality powder coating. Nice fit, although the included "shims" are rubber and probably won't last forever. Special tool required but NOT included. Tighten up very easily and not likely to come off easy. Only improvement would be nore durable spacer/washers. For the price I'd seriously expect a tool to be included.

These are very nice shackles if you are looking for something with a clean look. The red finish looks great. The only issue I have with them is I wish they came with a tool to tighten the bolt on them, they use a square hole on the end of the bolt, I ended up using my 3/8 ratchet which was a little to small for the hole but did the trick.

I received the wrong color. I ordered the red shackles and received the black ones. It's easier just to paint the ones I got than to swap them out through Amazon. Still gonna cost a couple stars on the rating.
