We are going to have to send it back. We have spent so much time attempting to connect our wireless cameras and there are no options for wireless. It says that option does not exist. The app has very little in it and did not help at all. I was excited to receive this and ended up very disappointed.

The housing is pretty thin, but once the Hard drive is in place and all the screws are tight it's solid just like all Chinese products are designed. The set up menu is really easy to follow and the mouse operates much better than my old sestem, the screen tells you what to look for if there is a problem!

Threw a Hard drive in it, hooked it up to my existing camera system in about 3 minutes. Created an account, scanned the QR codes when asked and could remote view within 30 minutes. Had no idea it took face shots also. Nice feature, to be sure.

I was a little apprehensive about the system because of the reviews, but obviously some people just don't get it sometimes. I Just got in my HD and installed the system and I would like to say that this system is worth getting hands down!Minor hassle to setup and the night vision is a little grainy on close-ups but will do the job it is intended for.Happy with my purchase!!!!!

Today is December 13,2022 so honestly guys don't waste hard earn cash on sannce because now they are giving me the run around, and expect me to purchase another DVR and wont acknowledged the warranty. They now take a week before they can respond to emails and this isnt right. The has power it works when it wants to and depressing because the night that my dogs were taken wasn't recorded.Update :For same reason the dvr started rusting and its inside so the connection to to the cameras was not all that perfect I had the tech guy take a look at it and he said it was rusted inside as well so he gave it a good cleaning cost me $40.00, and now I am just worried it may happen again and keep in mind it's not even 9 months of using it. The customer service is on point, thanks to the sannce team for answering all the questions and attending to my needs, I love my cctv system, will be uploading to a 8 channel

The device was not functioning well, kept showing a question marks on each screen and the app is 100% trash. I don't know if it's the app Sannce Smart or the DVR but the app won't display anything live at all, it won't connect. I tried different ways to connect the app to the device and still it will not display anything. Sent it back October 5 still waiting on my refund.

This device will not work with Blue Iris. Have used several other dvr/nvr's with no prob l em. After weeks of trying, have not been able to get this device to work with Blue Iris.
