My original review is below. There is more than one style used on the GCV160. The mounting patterns are the same but the mounting hole diameters are different. I want to give the seller credit. They reached out after seeing my review and updated the one dimension and added the hole diameter. Even though this does not fit my specific mower, I gave them 4 stars (originally 2) for their attention to detail. I had a hard time finding a pull start on here that had the correct hole diameter as most don't lis the dimensions.We have a 2006 GCV 160. The only dimensions provided by the seller are for the mounting hole locations. The metric dimensions are accurate, but one of the dimensions (170mm/7.69") is labeled incorrectly in inches. The 170mm is accurate but that is actually 6.69".The reason it didn't fit is the mounting holes. The listing does not specify the mounting hole diameter. The mounting hole diameter on the original is 11mm and on this one it's 9mm. Our mower has metal guides the extend through the engine cover and up into the pull start.I was able to make this one work with some modifications. Check the dimensions on your mower before ordering

I had to drill the mounting holes to get it to fit. It works just fine.
