The only set back is each of the med sized pieces the threads did not screw entirely on my anchor. The large and small screwed on perfectly flush to skin. I really wanted to use the medium ones. The other two sizes are great. Not my ideal size.

They are pretty but I feel like it's dangerous the way they are so far from the skin, I put it on and took it off so fast, although because they stuck out so much its easy to put them in but damn if it gets caught on a shirt it can rip right out of your skin
