For weatherization sealing applications DAP inc White sealant is the perfect sealant where a tough and durable seal is needed. The cured sealant provides a watertight and weatherproof seal and is mold, mildew and UV resistance for long lasting results. Designed for sealing windows, doors, penetrations and dissimilar substrates. Compatible with most common building materials and paintable with most paints. Apply at temperatures as low as 20 degrees Fahrenheit.

Out of 24 tubes over 5 of them were hardened in the sealed tube. Will not use ever again

I have not used this product yet, but if it holds up as good as the same product does on my sunroom then it is one of the best. The caulking is still as white as it was straight out of the tube over a year ago. Believe me, the guy whom installed my sunroom is using the best product on the market because he does not want to have to come back in a couple years and re-caulk it.
