Really great remote work wonderful but randomly it stop connecting to the ps4. We tried to charged it and still the remote Bluetooth didn't work. So my husband grab a different usb cord plug it to the ps4 and it connected. I suggest getting a new usb cord to manually connect the remote to the ps4 if the remote get disconnected.

Nice controller and I love the lights. However, it keeps going unplugged and I need to unplug & plug back in for my console to re-recognize it. Such a pain…*UPDATE* This seller reached out and provided a new controller that works great! Amazing customer service. A++

Not the best rgb lighting but it works and looks great. Charge lasts as long as a Sony controller does. I personally don't like the center button placements because it throws you off when switching from other controllers but overall not a big deal and it's still a nice controller

It worked really well the first day. Then on the second day it just stopped working I don't know if it was defective or something but I really loved it and it was pricey so I'm honestly very sad
