It works great but the reason I bought it was the cord was much longer than the one that came with my Fitbit The cord for the Fitbit only came at about 10 inches long so I needed something much longer and this works great.

This adapter works great with my daughter's fitbit. It is nice to have a spare for travel. At some point fitbit needs to come out with a single adapter for all their products so we don't have to have multiple adapters in the family.

I bought this as a replacement for my daughter's Fitbit because it wasn't charging. I wasn't sure if it was the original charger or the Fitbit that had an issue. Figured I would try this first. It instantly charged! Best value

Great! Works just like the OEM charger, but at A FUNCTIONAL length! Purchased two of them for my girls and they're actually long enough to be useful, unlike the charger that comes with the Fitbit Ace.

This item works with the Fitbit Ace. I received it quickly and it was a perfect replacement to the original charger that came with the Fitbit. It also is a longer cord, so it is better for being able to plug the charger in someplace and have the watch rest flat on a surface.

I got this as a second charger for my daughter's brand new Fitbit Ace (a Christmas present). We plugged it in to charge and came back 30 minutes later. The metal on the Fitbit was so hot that it burned by daughter's fingers when she touched it. The plastic on the charger was just as hot. Obviously, the charger fried her Fitbit, as now it does not work. She is crushed and I am angry. As far as I am concerned this company owes a refund on the charger and a new Fitbit. This charger is clearly NOT COMPATIBLE with a Fitbit Ace.
