Call quality is excellent, not just good, on both endsOther party can't even tell I'm not on my phone. Not an audiophile, but music quality and volume outstandingOther than the case being a little too large for my taste, these are a great pair of open buds, after having tried Bose (nothing special for the price, too easy to drop/lose) , Shokz Openfit 2 (loved the buttons too, but bad latency issues), Soundcore AeroFit 2, and Huawei Freeclip (don't even know you have them on. App not available for Android. Limited onboard controls due to tiny size. But sound and calls very good

These Earfun open ear buds are on par with other brands when it comes to sound and volume. They don’t go very loud and they lack bass. That’s not surprising given the small drivers and the way in which sound is directed into your ear. At lower volumes (less than halfway on an iPhone) these perform pretty well. They still don’t have a ton of bass but overall still sound very pleasing. I have several pairs of open ear buds and these are on par with the better ones I have. So, for what they are they are good. To get the best sound you’ll want to install the app and make eq adjustments. The app works well. Overall, nice pair of open ear buds great for quiet environments like office or home.

These open-ear headphones are very lightweight—so much so that after a little while, you forget you're even wearing them, which is exactly what I've been wanting in earphones. I've tried plenty of these types before, and these are by far the most comfortable. No weird pressure on the ears and no irritation either. The charging case is on the chunkier side though, so if you have tighter pockets it can be quite uncomfortable, but at least it feels sturdy and secure; it seems to use magnets, and the earphones latch into the case securely as well. Throughout the month that I've used these, I've never had them fall out of their case, or even had the case open on its own either.Sound-wise, I think they're not bad at all provided you expect some limitations due to its open ear design. Since they don't create a seal, don't expect much bass, and what there is sounds a little loose. Mids are clear enough, though some details get lost, and treble feels a bit distant. Music still sounds fine to me and is more than enjoyable, it's just not as full-bodied and lacks a bit of context. For podcasts, audiobooks and general watching, I think they're much more suitable..I much prefer that you can hear everything around you whilst wearing these earphones, as I hate that "closed in" and internal loud feeling you get with earphones, but also means other people might catch a bit of your playlist if you're playing it on the bus.Connectivity was simple as well, and the battery life is great. If you hate the feeling of regular earbuds and want something comfy for workouts or being aware of your surroundings, these are great... provided you're okay with the sound quality being a bit weaker.

Having used the Open Jump for a few days now I am very impressed, especially for the price so I thought I would share my experience so far.For those you have never used this type of "open ear" headphone - it actually sits outside your ear and has effectively a 'little speaker' which does not touch your ear at all but directs the sound into your eardrum. I have attached a picture of it and you will see it is very different than a normal TWS or IEM. This makes it incredible comfortable for those you don't like anything in their ears. I left it in my ear during a full working day and I completely forgot I was wearing it.But because everyones ears shape is different and therefore it will sit either nearer or further away from your eardrum depending on the size of your ears, it is vital for good sound to use the "My Sound Profile" feature within the EarFun App. This process takes you through a sort of "listening" tests but once you do this you get an excellent sounding TWS.The nice thing is once I created this custom profile, I can hear my music very clearly (I will get into my sound impressions in a second) but nobody around me can hear anything yet I can hear conversations going on around me clearly ( which is important in my day job when in a shared office ). Obviously this type of earphone is designed for runners / bicyclists who need to hear everything around them clearly but it will work well if you have to stay connected to those around you but still want to enjoy listening to music (or listening to podcasts).Audio wise, they have some excellent midrange and pretty decent treble and while the bass does roll off (which is to be expected with such a open design) but you do get reasonably nice mid-bass, so most bass heavy tracks will still sound reasonable. Overall I found the sound profile to be more than acceptable, though obviously since it is designed to allow you to hear everything around you, you won't get any sound "isolation" so if you are in a noisy environment this is probably not the audio device to be using.I also measured the Open Jump and I have shared a measurement of how it looks compared to "Harman" using "my custom profile" and this graph shows that excellent midrange and treble but does also shows that bass roll-off. I did try some extra EQ to boost the bass but I felt that was causing some "distortion" as the little "speaker" was struggling but depending on your ear shape that might work well. The battery life has also been outstanding as I mentioned I left it on all day in work and switched between music and going on some work calls and it lasted a full 8 hours. The microphone quality also was pretty impressive especially indoors (though I did go for a walk and it worked fine until it got a bit windy). So, overall I think it is a fantastic device and one which I will be using most days when I am in a shared space and need to continuously talk too and listen to my colleagues.

Great sound but can still hear surroundings which to me is important. mostly the fact that these stay on my ears, other ear buds tend not to stay in my right ear

These earphones are really interesting. I like the quick-pairing option. Pairing them to my S23 Ultra was super fast as it recognized them almost immediately. Call and audio quality is GOOD, but comparable to a cheaper (older) pair of samsung buds I have. Perhaps a notch or two below comparable Bose or other 'premium' audio brands, but definitely a few notches above the cheapos readily available. They come nicely packaged and would be pretty giftable. After maybe 45mins or so, I could feel a bit of ear soreness coming on, but that might just be that I'm not completely used to them yet and it'll take a little breaking in of the rubber/plastic to mould shape over time. It does have several EQ settings which are also nice. For what they're asking for this pair of headphones they're a pretty good set!

Fit is extremely comfortable. I was very critical of the style as that is not what I normally use. Battery lasts an extremely long time! I was at the 14-hour mark with 20% battery remaining. As always, their app shines. The Find headphones feature, fully customizable controls, and the ability to set your sound profile based on your hearing clinches the deal. There are extra controls in there as well to enhance your experience! I constantly use earbuds, and these are a blessed relief to wear. Earfun’s customer service is awesome! They put out updates to fix any problems, and are always willing to help. Can’t say enough good things about this company and their wares! If you are on the go, while exercising, or working, these have the battery to handle it all day. Their fit means you won’t lose them easily. They are so light and comfortable that you will forget you are wearing them. They also are open ear so you can hear what is going on around you at all times. If you are looking for those things; I hope you will give them a chanceJoseph

I got these because I like to cycle and find that in ear buds don't always stay secure. These aren't designed to go in the ear but to sit over them. They are headphones not earbuds. They can take a little adjustment so they sit 'right' This can be achieved by bending the tube material and holding it for 12 seconds so that it retains its place. This made a huge difference to the volume and tone of these and is well worth doing.I set them up in the brilliant Earfun app and configured the EQ to my tastes (You also get tons of presets). They have a nice tone and stayed secured to my ears for the 8 mile bike ride. These don't have noise cancelling so I felt safe wearing them whilst riding as I could hear the traffic around me. Sound quality was pretty good and I could hear the finer details in songs. Bass was good and I could really push the deepness if I wanted. Higher frequencies were very clear. The app allows you to do things like customise controls, turn on theatre mode or game mode, switch on Dual device connection, set the time before they shutdown and send a tone to them to find them if you've mislaid them. You will also get firmware updates through the app which are always worth installing as Earfun are very pro-active at updating things. They charge quickly and in the time I was wearing them I'd hardly made a dent in the battery usage. You can get 2 hours use with only 10 minutes of charging.Overall, once I'd adjusted them correctly, (It's worth watching Earfun's videos on how to do this) I found that I enjoyed wearing them and forgot about them whilst out and about doing more sporty activities which is what they are designed for.

I've owned both the Earfun AirPro 3 & 4s. Both have been fantastic and a great overall value. So when I saw the announcement I wanted to give them a shot. As a trail runner it is sometimes inconvenient to have noise isolating headphones. These solve that problem. So why the hesitation? Sound quality. Its a big step back. Bass is punchy and breaks at times. There seems to be lacking overall vibrance to the audio experience.I'm not sure the sound quality tradeoff is worth the noise isolation with the Earfun Airpro 4's. I'll give it a few days and come back with an update.Update - I still have these headphones. The sound quality is indeed not the same as the Airpro's. But they excel at what they are designed for which is to allow you to hear your surroundings with good sound quality. These deliver on that promise.
