Worked well and good replacement for front driveshaft u joints 2012 sportsman 500. When installing you have to be careful with small I joints. The bearing needles can easily fall into bottom of bearing cap and if it does you will notice looking at u joints cap is not completely seated against rubber seal. Also joint will be tight with no free play this destroying itself when used. Also when C Clip retainers installed ensure to tap U Joints loose again to make sure they hold. I had one pop off even after I visually checked closely then tapped lightly to see if seated.I believe if part is correct all issues reported. Are from bad installation of U Joints and not manufacture issue.I've installed many on everything. These took me the longest due to being so small and carefully. Just how ATV's are with some parts.If U Joints not your install thing but driveshaft complete you can.I rate product 5 stars as my machine has been through everything rocks mountains mud deep water and back with these already and no issues.But I am a PRO installer also

This item does NOT fit the 09 RZR 800 as stated unless, you have the updated drive line. Factory drive line has smaller joints that are allegedly discontinued.

These do not fit the propshaft on a 99 335 Polaris sportsman, it says it does, but they are to small. They replace the inner u joint on the front axles, so not going to bother sending them back, even though mine are tight I'm sure I'll need them someday. Frustrating as it's the third time that I've recieved the wrong part for this bike and sets me back money and precious driving time. At this rate I might get some late summer driving and fishing in.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I have the same issues as others of u joints not the correct size. will not work on 2019 polaris sportsman 570 front driveshaft. Buy OEM from polaris and save yourself the headache and cash.

First, yes I checked compatibility - my 2005 Polaris Sportsman 700 was on the compatibility list... It's a really Tight fit, the rubber gasket seems bulky and overboard, it tore easily. The needle bearings came out easily when setting the cap in the joint, getting lodged in the end of the cap preventing the joint to seat all the way in the cap. Fought with this product for well over an hour trying to get it to seat right with out the needle bearings coming loose and no dice. Bought another brand and had the whole joint done in 8 mins.Wouldn't waste money on this joint, like I did, the cap metal is weak and the rubber gasket is bulky. Had to buy two additional joints to replace these.

Thought these were going to be great because of the zerk fittings. Then I tried to install them. They are too big and I almost destroyed my driveshaft trying to install them. Ended up buying the OEM u-joints from Polaris and they went in perfectly.
