Perfect fit. Fortunately the job went smoothly. I'd say slightly better than OEM quality.FWIW I ordered two more for the front direct from East Lakes website. Free shipping and got to me quicker than Amazon. YMMV

I had both axles break on a used sportsman shortly after i got it (i believe those were factory axles), so I purchased these hoping to save some money. They were easy to handle and handle well while riding. I've had them installed for close to 6 months now and they have held up well. We use our 4 wheeler mostly for homestead chores so we haven't put them to the test much, but they seem like they will hold up well and last a while

Installed this axle on a 2015 Polaris Sportsman 570. After only two rides both axle boots and completely shredded and i had to replace. I went with the Rhino 2.0 axle and have been completely with it. I would definitely recommend investing a little more money and purchase a quality axle.

I opened package and was bumped out, thinking I got wrong axle. It was huge compared to stock axle. Thought, no way is this going to fit. I miked it and measured it, as well as bearing hub and old axle, and double checked spline count. Everything should fit! There is a lot of extra room on the back receiving side of bearing hub to put this beast of an axle in. I can't believe how much beefier this axle is. $70 and the dealer wanted $217. Even the boots are are heavy duty. Fit perfectly. Tempted to buy one for other side just to upgrade over stock OEM. One tip for ya, grease everything you can. Found hardly any grease where it's supposed to be, like the upper and lower hub carriers and bearings. Found one spline with no antiseise. Also got those bearing greasers that slip inside the axle bearing. Each bearing took about 15 pumps on large grease gun. Couldn't have been much in there at all from factory. This quad only has 96 hours on it. Should have found lots of grease everywhere. Also started using Royal Purple Extreme full synthetic grease on everything, even the driveline. Polaris grease is petroleum based and way over priced for what it is.

Been riding Polaris ATVs for 25 years and until recently axles were not an issue. Only when I started plowing 1/2 mile of drive and dragging a harrow around the property have I snapped axles. I don’t know where Polaris is buying these axles but I they are very thin and cheap. After reading the forums and reading reviews I ordered one trial axle to replace a fresh broken axle. I ordered from Amazon and 3 days later I was back working the ATV in the back 40. This axle is 30% larger in diameter and is Plug and Play. It comes with everything I needed. You may consider replacing your torsion/sway bar bushings while replacing the axle. The axle arrived in a special made box to protect it and I couldn't be more pleased to have all the hardware with the axle saving a trip to the Polaris dealer. I truly do not believe I will ever break this axle. I work my machines hard in the fields and this axle is in my opinion at least 2X better than OEM. Replace a pair and forget your axle problems, just ordered my 2nd axle. Took me 1 hour to R&R the axle with no special tools. To pull the old broken axle out snap it to break it loos by sharply pulling or jerking the axle out of the case which was very easy. Use Anti Seize on the gear splines when putting it back into the female and a few light whacks with a dead blow hammer and your done. No pictures of new axle, big hurrry to get to work.
