I ordered this to add to one of my nephew’s Easter basket. He is 4 years old and autistic. He enjoys puzzles and is drawn to wooden toys. The colors will make him happy and the handles on the pieces allow him to grip them easily. Such a cute addition to his basket.

Very cute puzzle. Gifting this to our 2 year old granddaughter for Easter. Very well made, sturdy materials. I think she's really going to enjoy this.

I was looking specifically for non-candy items for an Easter gift for a little one in my family. The parents don't want their young child to have much in the way of sweets, and I also didn't want to choose something that could be a choking hazard. That's where this Easter-themed peg puzzle comes in.The eggs are all painted different colors, and are very vibrant. The little pegs are easy to grasp and are securely attached. The bunnies are all white, but come in a variety of poses. Like the eggs, they seem interchangeable, in the sense that no specific bunny has to be assigned to a particular space, so your child has the freedom to arrange their puzzle as they choose. Any bunny can go in any space, although some need to be turned in a certain direction in order to fit. Depending on your perspective, this may be a positive or a negative outcome. On the one hand, the puzzle is less challenging, and on the other, it allows for more free choice. The set is free of any unpleasant chemical odor, the build of the puzzle board is of adequate thickness, and there were no sharp corners or rough areas. The paint is bright and vibrant, without being glaring, the artwork is clear and distinct, and the shapes are smooth, and detailed, especially the bunnies. The only word of caution occuring to me is that, while the bunnies and eggs are both fairly thin (so that they can be stacked atop one another and still fit inside the puzzle board) the eggs are a bit larger in their overall dimensions, and each features a wooden peg. The bunnies are a little smaller overall and have no peg getting in the way, so it might be possible for a young child to try putting one in their mouth. Just know your audience, and exercise adult supervision.Bearing that in mind if it will be a factor for your recipient, I have no reservations in recommending this to your consideration.

This was SO much fun for the 2-year-old! She loved taking the rabbits out from under each egg and setting them up on the table. The rabbits and the eggs are interchangeable and fit in every slot. The rabbits have to be positioned correctly though to fit in the egg-shaped space, so there is some logic involved. Definitely uses fine motor skills also. Great quality puzzle.

I ordered this egg puzzle for my grandkids to use at Easter time and plan to add small wooden Resurrection figures (WATINC 14 psc Easter Resurrection Scene decorations) that I ordered separately to teach them the Easter story in another fun way. The other pieces are slightly thicker than the slot but will still work for me. The puzzle is well made; sanded, painted and finished well with a clear coat. The 8 puzzle cut outs are slightly under 1/4" and the bunnies are a little less than 1/4" and they are so adorable. I am so excited to have a another way to teach my toddlers the Easter story as they are a bit young for the traditional resurrection eggs which have really small part. This beautiful little puzzle is just the perfect thing and a great value.
