This bounce back net is great for training and practice in the off season. It is easy to put together as well as take down for storage. It has an amazing bounce to it, not sure I would use it as a back stop for batting practice but it’s perfect for pitching practice.

I got this for my athlete teenage son. He assembled it himself (the directions were okay), but we noticed after he put it together that one piece had gone on backward or upside down, which is easy to do if youre not really paying close attention. It was a relatively easy fix, once we figure that out. He prefers to play with it in our driveway, so the stakes aren't able to be used there, but he found that if he added a brick or a paver to weigh down the back, its stable even on a windy spring day (see pic). But better to use the stakes on the grass probably. I think you get what you pay for most of the time, and price-wise as well as qulaity-wise, this is middle of the road. Probably won't stand up to massive use year after year, but will be decent for a few seasons. If youre not sure your kid will stick with a sport, this might be a good place to start. He is enjoying tossing his baseballs and wiffle balls off of it.

When I was shopping for a rebounding net to practice racket sports against (tennis, pickleball, etc.), I saw that there was quite a price discrepancy among them all. This one was in the $40 range, whereas many others were in the $80 and $100 range and even higher. I didn’t need anything fancy, just something that would return the ball to me so I could practice. So for the reasonable price level, I thought I would give this one a try, knowing that it might be pretty basic. I was ok with that. When I started taking this out of the box, I was actually nicely surprised by the quality of the frame. The pieces are made of metal tubes and all fit together with the metal button and hole connections. It was extremely easy to put the frame together, I just looked very carefully at the illustration and set up all the pieces according to their number and the direction they should face to create the proper shape. When put together, the frame is quite big, providing a large area to rebound against. Nice! The back stand can be set to multiple angles and pull-out pins hold it in place on both sides. The frame is sturdy enough to stand on its own, although it is also light enough for one person to easily move. After reading the other reviews about the net, I was really worried that it would be problematic. But it wasn’t at all! Sure the net is not the best quality in the world, but I put it together all by myself and the little bungee cords went on one at a time just fine. It wasn’t even a struggle. I’m not sure why other people have struggled with it. I thought it was easy. Maybe that’s because of the systematic and even way I put it on? If you get this, perhaps it would be helpful if you try my method. It worked for me, maybe it will work for you.I started by finding the two red markers and attached those two corners first to the top corners of the frame. Then I found the opposite corners and attached them to the bottom. Then I added a bungee in the middle of the top and the middle of the bottom. I actually counted the squares to get to the exact middle. Then I added bungees midway between those, ending up with 5 bungees on the top frame and 5 bungees on the bottom frame.Only then did I start to put bungees on the sides. I started with a bungee each on the second square down from the top and the second square up from the bottom on first the left side, then the right side. From there, I attached side bungees every 6-7 squares down evenly across from each other on the left and the right. 7 bungees on each side. The entire net was put on very neatly and all the bungees were directly across from each other. It makes a nice tight net with a good bounce back. Then I got out a racket and a ball and gave it a go! I couldn’t ask for a better practice partner! The net returned every volley! The closer I was, the faster they came back at me, so I had to back away to give myself enough time to react and hit it back. I could play like this for hours, trying forehand and backhand, high and low shots. It’s great fun! When I was done, I didn’t want to take it all apart again, so I just took out the pins of the back stand, folded it down flat, and reinserted the pins to keep it flat. Then I just set it against the wall in the garage. If you have nothing under your bed, maybe you could store it there.I’m giving this 5 stars because the frame is large and good quality, the net is tight, the rebound bounce is great, and it works exactly how I wanted it to for racket sports! It’s fun - I like it!

These types of rebounders are lightweight and versatile, and they fold up to take little space when not in use.It is extremely “springy” with rebound which for soccer makes it so the player must really be on their toes. Due to the bottom bar every ball played off of the rebounder must be in the air so juggling is done via vollying. This makes it somewhat flawed to me but it is still a large enough target to be used for passing and shooting drills. My son has also found it useful for training in basketball throwing passes to it for catch and shoot drills.Assembly is easy with the net taking a little time to get attached properly. Adjusting this one could be a little easier but overall build quality is perfectly acceptable for what this will be used for.

Edit: the seller sent me the missing pieces no questions asked and included an extra net. This was easy to put together and my son is over the moon with it.———————————Screws were missing which are needed to hold this together. Very disappointed as this was a Christmas present for my son.

Bought this for my son to work on picks indoors. It works perfectly and is a steal at this price. Very easy to install. 1 design flaw is that it won’t fold on its own you will need to remove the screw, which is easy enough and then fold it down flat for transport. Still 5 stars for affordable price. Net was easy to install. I bought a few of these that were priced higher like the Franklin brand and I returned it. This comes with an extra net also. Highly recommended
