I actually don’t have any complaints about this backpack except the only thing is that I wish that the straps were a little bit more easy to adjust. Maybe it’s just that I don’t know how to adjust them correctly but that is the only thing I have to complain about. I think that there’s a lot of durability I even like that it’s white and since I’m in the dog out all the time it does get dirty but I feel like it’s fun like knowing I use your softball bag and get sturdy there is a lot of room I’m able to fit literally everything in my bag like and I love that on the sides it has the straps for the bats because on my old bucket didn’t have a strap it was just the holder I guess you could say. But yeah other than that I love it. I think that the functionality is great I think that it works like it’s supposed to you know it does what it was sold to do. And the zipper quality is fantastic I mean it’s easy to zip it goes over everything even if my softball bag is like full to the max with my clothes so I can change at practice.

This is such a well made backpack, I just have a few quams with the design. All the pockets shown in the amazon listing are just as awesome as they seem, although the top pocket is arranged differently, slightly, but it's fine. It's a great pocket for my cell phone. I also really like the hook that can be hidden in it's own pocket.My quams are that:1 - the carry strap limits how high the backpack can sit on my back. I'm a shorter person so I like to wear my bags high, and if I do that than the carry strap digs into the back of my neck which is really uncomfortable.2 - I wish there was a chest strap. Backpacks get heavy, and it would be nice to be able to distribute that weight a little.Overall, it's an excellent backpack and I highly recommend!
