Once your chassis is stripped of old paint and surface rust, apply Eastwood Extreme Chassis Black Primer as the foundation for a lasting finish. This black metal primer is specifically formulated for use with Eastwood Original Chassis Black Paint and Extreme Chassis Black. We’ve fortified the primer with epoxy to give it impressive adhesion and seal against corrosion. The black-under-black also means fewer coats of Chassis Black paint are needed to achieve the final look.

Covers great and looks good when dry. Goes a long way... I'll see after this winter his it held up... but fighting rust is a losing battle... I Put it on a brand new vehicle to try to get an advantage.. I'll inspect in the spring and go from there.

Product was as described. Liked it do to its resistance to solvents. Where it was going under the vehicle was going to be subject to various petroleum products. Had purchased POR 15 and had found out that it was not solvent resistant. Tested this and found it to be a more resistant product. Satin sheen looks good and looks factory. Very happy with the product so far.

Outstanding paint product. With the correct prep work the paint want on smooth, fully gassed within 24 hours (what was noticeable).It almost looks like the top coat. Quality stuff.. A lot better than the other big box rattle cans.
