It literally does not fit it stretched out weird and honestly I wished I checked reviews before buying this product. The fitting for the flash part is the most irritating you have to manually pull out the flash and hold open the hole part and again shove it back in. I have the RX100 VII and it’s definitely not compatible. You know it’s bad if it got to the point of me writing a freaking Amazon review.

Etui totalement inadapté car trop volumineux et modifiant l'accébilité des touches. Quant au cache devant l'objectif, il ne tient pas et a été perdu en moins d'une heure. Ne permet pas de mettre un verre devant l'objectif. Bague inaccessible.Tout cela pour dire de ne pas perdre 10 euro pour cela. Préférez un vrai étui de protection voire une protection du viseur et une de l'écran.

Die Bedienung der Knöpfe und des Fokusringes wird behindert. Der Objektivdeckel löste sich schon nach der ersten Benutzung. Der Sucher der Mark VI kann nicht mehr richtig eingefahren werden.Positiv ist der Grip, die Kamera kann sicherer gehalten werden.

Très déçue par cette pseudo protection : le silicone godaille tout autour de l'appareil tant et si bien que les touches du silicone ne correspondent plus avec celles de l'appareil. Désastreux.Le pire reste encore le cache objectif qui n'est pas solidaire de la protection et donc une fois enlevé : 1 on est sur de le perdre et 2 il est impossible à remettre sans enlever l'ensemble ( et après plusieurs manip ça n'y rentre plus du tout).Bref tout est à revoir, surtout à ce prix, lamentable.

After spending a lot of time trimming this skin to allow the controls to operate, I discovered that it triggers the viewfinder's eye sensor, making the LCD screen useless.The viewfinder wouldn't pop out fully until I flattened out the raised lip behind it with an X-Acto knife. The holes for the viewfinder release and flash hole needed enlarging, and the HDMI port is completely covered. The left edge of the control wheel is covered and there's not enough material there to cut. And so on.And after all that, it trips the viewfinder's eye sensor.No point in looking for a better silicone skin. None of them have very many reviews and those with even a few have 3 stars or less. They are probably all made from the same mold.

While the cover on the lens doesnt really stay on, the camera has good grip with this cover. I would recommend.

The positive: It arrived in great shape and fit the camera well, and has a clean minimalist look to it. The top was a little "floppy" due to how thin it is on top by the pop-up flash and pop-up viewfinder...but it fit very well and all the button places and holes were exactly where they needed to be. And it was incredibly cheap with fast shipping. I imagine it would absorb some drops pretty well in some light bump-around cases.The not-so-positive: After fitting the cover on the camera, I noticed one of two "connectors" holding the lens-cap/cover on had either shipped already out of place or came out. I used a ballpoint pen to push it back into place without ripping it.I purchased this to protect my new camera from people/beer/dust at a music festival. About half of the day passed with no issue, then the aforementioned lens-cap/cover fell off over the railing into the security pit. Someone got it for me, and I stashed in my pocket. Unfortunately between the time I put it in my pocket and got home, it was gone.The negative: The cover does not allow the pop-up viewfinder to work and covers the "face sensor" that tells your camera you're looking through the viewfinder. Weirdly this results in the opposite effect of the viewfinder not working at all (instead of only working with the touchscreen off). Also, the rear dial wheel is nearly impossible to use with the cover on due to it being a bit too thick and form-fitting to the wheel. You can't get your finger (or even a nail) in there to easily turn it or adjust it. Lastly, due to the loose fit on the thinner parts of the cover, it could trap a lot of dirt/grime/lint/etc. in between it and the camera in dirtier situations.

"Easy Hood" means easy to fall off. If you care about the lens hood, don't buy this. The cap is warped and fell off after the first photo. That piece is useless. Whether the rest of the case is useful depends on whether you use your popup viewfinder. Because the top of this case is warped, it interferes with that viewfinder popping up, although I can pull the viewfinder through the opening and use it after doing so. For the time being, I will leave the case on to give the camera some protection. If I can find something similar but better, I'll switch to that.I bought a black one to see if it works better. It does, but it is still not perfect. The lens cap does not stay closed (and will probably fall off soon) and there is still some interference with the pop-up viewfinder. I gave the green one a 3, and this one gets a 4. The green one was defective enough to return, but I am past the return window.Added point: Removing the 4 for the black version. The cap fell off. Also, the black case seems to prevent the pop-up viewfinder from activating, even though it is completely extended. It does not make sense, but when I switch back to the green case, the viewfinder works as it should. I must be doing something wrong.

After years of using my Rx100 naked and scratching and denting the body, I got this case. I should have gotten it sooner, as the rubber adds a great anti-scratch layer and decent shock absorption that makes me less worried about putting the camera in a pocket or backpack. If you are getting this as a replacement for a hard case look elsewhere, as its just a thin sheet of rubber over the main components. But as a layer of protection, its good. The only problem is that the flap which covers the front of the lens falls off. It is designed to open and close with the lens, but is way too loose and falls off a lot. You can easily use most function buttons except I do find the menu scroll wheel harder to turn. Overall good product and IMO mandatory for travel with this expensive and fragile camera.
