The product arrive in a box placed in a plastic bag, no stuffing for protection. Box inside was damaged with holes in it. The item looks either used or poor quality, there is rust and smudges. Also the product does not look the same as the picture. The fasteners in the picture look like brass (gold in color) but the item received is black.
