Similar to what other reviewers have said, this product is fully un-usable.1. Text is written backwards. There is no way to utilize this on an ecg, paper or computer screen.The "card" is frosted and you cannot view the writing when flipping the card to the other side.2. The card is of a thickened glass like material. I would typically enjoy the durability but this makes it bulky and cumbersome to carry around. Definitely can not fit on an ID holder, nor does it have cut outs for a lanyard
