I like the size of this backpack, it's an easy backpack to get around. It has lots of compartments with zippers and on the back side it has a zipper compartment for a hide my car keys. So I have hands-free access to my car. The only thing that I didn't like about it but I fixed it easily. The straps were sliding , so I put a stitch so the the straps could not slide. So far it's exactly what I was looking for.

I want to love this bag. It’s small and cute works for what I want. But the straps! They suck they never stay where I put them they move as soon as you touch them and extend down so the bag is super low and it makes me so sad because I want to love this bag

In the product pictures, it looks like this backpack is stiff but it’s not really. It comes vacuum packed so it’s wrinkled and has creases that will never come out. The straps don’t stay adjusted very well so be prepared to adjust constantly. It’s a nice size and fits a lot and the inside pockets are good.

This bag is the perfect size for everything! Super adjustable strap length, good sized pockets, great quality, no problems with zippers. Haven’t switched everyday bags since this one showed up on my doorstep!

This is the style backpack that I always use for its roominess and organization. I’ve had shoulder surgery so I don’t like to use a shoulder bag. This is perfect for my use. Especially for the price. It’s well-made, it’s adjustable, and attractive. Would definitely purchase again.

This bag is so cute and just big enough to fit everything a need including a small umbrella and water bottle. It also has a waterproof texture which is really nice. I took it to Disney World and Universal Studios and it was the perfect bag for the whole trip, although a little too big for the free/cheaper lockers at Universal, which was a struggle. The other I will say is that when you tighten the straps, they will loosen after a little while and it's a little frustrating to keep doing that. But those are just minor details and overall this is a great product and I would recommend buying it!

I wanted a more neutral colored, small backpack for a recent trip I was taking and beyond, and I found this one. Here's my pros and cons list based on my needs.Pros:- Cute color. I got the lighter gray and it was what I expected. More a brown gray than a blue gray.- Love the back zipper for a phone. My old bag had this and it was so convenient and I knew I didn't want to lose that.- Tons of compartments and variety of sizes for said compartments. They all mostly zip too which is nice.- Fits an iPad easily.- Plenty of space for an Instax camera, glasses case, wallet, and multiple small items as well with room to spare.- Seems well-made so farCons:- The straps give you skin burn! I took this bag to Vegas for a trip. The straps rubbed so bad that I have two callouses on either armpit area. No matter if I left the straps long or tightened them up, the nylon material created so much friction on my bare skin. (I was in the desert so I was dressed for hot weather)- Straps part 2: the adjustable buckles slip and slide. I feel like I can't pick it up without losing the adjustment setting. You know what it's like to find that perfect spot on a backpack and then lose it so that was annoying.Overall, I do recommend but I am going to have to modify the straps somehow to prevent rubbing. I look like I have two eczema patches on my arms now.
