Thicker than expected. Looks great . Only one problem.you have to make the holes a little bit longer to fit properly.

Well it’s made fairly sturdy. I had to enlarge the mounting holes to make it fit correctly. The welds are not the most attractive, but they will work. And it didn’t come with any mounting hardware ??? But overall it’s a pretty decent skid plate. Just a little modification to make it fit but that’s not too bad. It’ll definitely serve the purpose. And it does provide good protection coverage for the entire engine. I’m fairly happy with it.

The fit of the screws and post could be more exact. The other rating is totally right, bolt on the back then I had to increase the length of the front slots toward the top to allow the posts and screws to align. The slots stopped too short or where not cut correctly. The pig tail file was more exact but I had to take off more than I thought I would have too. Ended up using a power tool to take off more material without hurting the welded nut. The hardware was a bit light as well, since the front slots and rear posts did not align very well I felt like I was putting a lot of pressure on the screws and I was worried they would break off. The overall look and toughness of the material looks great once installed. The thickness of the material is good too. Since this install was more like an hour versus what looks like a 15 minute project I gave it less stars. If they fix those slots and align the back bolts a little better this will be a five star product. I installed it on a 2024 CRF 300L. I hope this is helpful.

Thicker than expected (.210") and well built. Did not have instructions and took me a bit to install. At first I tried installing the four screws loosely starting with back two but I could not get both of the front screws started. The front slots were just a bit low. So here is how I finally installed it. I installed the back two screws and tightened them. Then took a rat tail file and angled it towards the front hole on the bike taking a little bit of the inside top part of the slotsin the plate. This allowed me to start the long front screws without the spacer. Then in pulled out the screw and installed the spacer inside and and screw with washer on outside. I snugged the two front screws and then removed and added Loctite to each screw and reinstalled one at a time. Oil drain bolt lines up with hole in plate so no removing plate to change oil. Installed on 2023 CRF300L.
