This is the third Vacuum I buy from Ecovacs. This is by far the most expensive and also the most useless. At first, it would work 'ok' which was good enough for me as I buy this as a supplement for me sweeping and mopping. At the price they sell at 'ok' is not good enough. I've now had this for a year and it hasn't finished one cleaning properly in months. The battery doesn't last, to the point that it just stops randomly, no warming whatsoever, it just stops. I have to go hunting all around the floor to see where it ended up because the app doesn't let me see any history when the device runs out of battery. It's supposed to have the intelligence to avoid most things on the floor, that plainly does not work, it's constantly stuck. I had it run at 2am because it's super loud and I sleep on a different floor. I now have to run it during the day so I can keep an eye on it to make sure it finishes. I didn't pay all this money so I could babysit. For that I just do it all myself

This was a game changer, does a very good job vacuuming and mopping. It can get stuck or lost but you can remotely control it if you are out to help it along.Update:I have owned this less than 3 months and the base station stopped working. It would no longer wet the pads or auto-empty the dust bin. Ecovacs support was quick to provide me with troubleshooting solutions and in the end they gave me an RMA and free shipping for warranty. Reading the reviews for competition models this seems to be a common thing with all these units, I'm not sure I can trust any of them for long term.

I really do like this machine. Saves me a lot of time with cleaning the floors. Just a few things I would like to point out is that I wish I would have gotten the T20 model instead. The water usually only last one mop cycle, which Im ok with. I thought for some reason it was going to last like the vacuum bags. The machine still gets tangled up with wires and cables. I have to make sure I move all cables off the floor and to pick up my bathroom shower rug because it just bunches it all up. Im guessing that is going to happen with all models like this. Overall, good machine.

Deze robot 2 weken geleden gekocht en wat een super apparaat.Ik heb laminaat waar je door de lichtval alles op ziet en als ik met de hand dweilde zag je vaak wat strepen of vlekken.Deze robot dweilt zonder strepen of vlekken en maakt het echt heel goed schoon.Dit is echt een aanrader, ik heb er geen seconde spijt van.

I’ve only had it for two weeks. Used it about five times. The only problem I’ve encountered is I changed its name several times but it still uses yiko. I also haven’t washed the floors yet. Vacuum seems to work well. It gets into the corners due to long brushes. Of course in a corner where it can’t go it’s unable to clean.So far im happy with it. Lovin the way it answers back.

First off: I have about a 2200sq ft, one story house. Entire house is tile or laminate flooring, with various rugs. It's only running through the master bedroom. I closed the doors to the other 3 rooms and 1 bathroom when it was "learning". That's just for reference....Packaging:This thing is BIG. The box was way bigger than I expected when it arrived. And the unit itself IS big because of the mopping feature, but it really doesn't take up any more floor space than other robot vacs I've had (that weren't auto-clean). It's packaged very well...really nice foam inserts and it's protected really good and just has a premium feel when unpackaging. Set up was pretty easy...BUTThis would only run on a 2.4ghz wireless network for me. It's the only device I have that won't run on a 5ghz network. I had to go through my router and set up a separate 2.4ghz network to get it to connect. I found that annoying. Maybe I'm wrong, but the 5ghz wouldn't work and then the 2.4ghz immediately did....Intelligence:It's definitely smart. I've had 2 other vacs and hesitated on this one because of past experiences. This way is WAY smarter. The mapping is crazy...it's scary accurate and you can manually add furniture in the app to the 3D map.It doesn't get stuck. I've only it get stuck one time, and that's bc it ate a loose charging cord under by bed and got tethered in place and eventually died. Old vacs have very routinely gotten stuck at certain threshholds or problem area....this was has not at all. It also seems to avoid socks and little things that would tie it up (minus that usb cord).It's pretty efficient the way it weaves the rooms. I've had stared at it the whole time but it has more common sense than old ones. It also reads rugs and carpets very well. You can immediately hear the motor and suction change between tile and rug.The app is pretty robust. Especially for a company I've never really heard of...I was worried the app woul be janky, but it has a number of nice features. You really have to play with the app after it's done 3 or 4 runs and learns the lay out. You'll have more options after that.Vacuuming:It works well. We have 2 pretty big dogs. Lots of hair. The non-self cleaning vacs are a no-go for us because they fill up too fast. This was good but not great with the hair. Every couple runs, I find myself cutting hair off the roller that gets bound up. It doesn't clog it or stop it but you do have to do some maintenance if it's picking up a lot of hair. The battery will easily last for the whole area that it's learned. If the battery does die, it returns, charges and restarts where it left off.Mopping:It can't do the whole house by any means. The mopping feature is designed more for like 1 big room or maybe a living room/kitchen. It only holds so much water in the actual vacuum so it has to return frequently to dump and reload. Then the battery dies. I use the app to tell it exactly what I want mopped...no need to do the whole house. It's also a little louder and slower, so set it go while you're out of the house.The mopping pads snap right in via magnets and the units automatically knows it's in mop mode when those are snapped in. There are wetness and dryer settings in the app but the default works well.Other Features:You can actually use this thing as a mobile camera. It's kind of nuts and if you're worried about big brother mapping your house and all that....maybe not for you (I already assume they know everything about me anyway). You can tell it to go to a spot in the house and view the live camera. Pretty crazy. Good way to check on dogs though.OVERALL:Very pricey but very high end unit. It was good to see that the features did, in fact, match the price point. When I purchased I was able to click a free bundle of extra pads, vacuum bags and accessories. Make sure you check for that. Overall I'm happy with it....it works well and other unbundling some dog hair, the fact that it's not always stuck and pretty maintenance free is a big deal. The app really is a pleasant surprise too.

La tour est vraiment imposante. Je suis très satisfait et rassuré de ce premier coup d'œil. Mais passons au test maintenant !👨‍🔧 Mon test :◾contenu : l'aspirateur, la tour (ou base si vous préférez) avec à l'intérieur le compartiment sec et celui humide, un brosse de lavage et d'entretien, les 2 balais à fixer sous l'aspirateur, les 2 brosses pour le lavage et la notice d'utilisation.◾taille : 57 cm de haut, 40 cm de profondeur (rampe comprise) et 35 cm de large.◾installation et configuration : le mode d'emploi n'aborde pas tous les points et il faut télécharger l'application dédiée pour profiter de l'ensemble des caractéristiques et piloter l'aspirateur. La première chose à faire est de faire une cartographie complète de l'appartement via l'application. Je vous conseille de bien faire le tour du logement avant de la lancer afin qu'elle soit cohérente avec la réalité. Personnellement j'ai dû m'y reprendre à 2 fois pour avoir quelque chose de complet et précis. C'est impressionnant les précisions que cette cartographie donne ! On peut avoir une vue 3D et rajouter manuellement des meubles et leur donner des noms. Il faut bien prendre son temps pour réaliser cette partie là.◾aspiration : je suis très satisfait de ce point. L'application permet de configurer la force de l'aspiration (qui agit bien sûr sur l'autonomie), mais même au niveau intermédiaire tout est aspiré !◾lavage : là aussi, c'est mieux que ce à quoi je m'attendais. Les brosses tournent vite et font pression sur le sol, donc ce n'est pas juste une opération qui trempe le sol. Bien entendu, les tâches incrustées ne partent pas car rien ne remplace l'huile de coude, mais c'est largement suffisant pour de l'entretien quotidien. En plus, au retour à la base, les brosses sont nettoyées, elles peuvent être séchées et l'eau sale est stockée dans un réceptacle dédié. A noter, qu'il faut le vider rapidement car l'eau sale se met à sentir assez rapidement.◾caméra : une caméra située sur le devant de l'aspirateur permet de suivre sur le téléphone portable son parcours et d'entendre même les sons de la pièce. Je ne comprends pas trop l'intérêt mais ce peut être une option pour surveiller la maison en l'absence des propriétaires.◾bruit : les décibels sont vraiment réduits, au point que l'on a un doute au début sur la qualité de l'aspiration. Un très bon point !◾commande vocale : l'aspirateur peut être piloté via des commandes vocales (par exemple : "suis moi" "va aspirer le salon",...) et il communique en français.📊 Mon verdict :⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐5 étoiles pour ce bijou de technologie, qui aspire avec efficacité et effectue un vrai lavage du sol.
