HOW TO USE?
A dry birch broom must first be immersed in cold water for 5-7 minutes, and then in hot water for 10 minutes.
The most optimal position in the steam room is lying down. The broom should be damp. It must be moistened periodically in warm water. Lightly touch the body with a broom, providing a massage effect.

Hard to find, but of course Amazon has them. A must have for the Sauna enthusiast, we have purchase twice now and will be doing so again I am sure....since we live in the middle of the desert we cannot make them ourselves!

used it once and the leaves were everywhere. had to spent good time on cleaning the leaves. next day the branches were unusable and went to trash.

Less leaves and less full than other brooms I have used. Not sure if it's the brand or quality, or if it's a birth vs oak thing.It worked okay but friends said it was more like being smacked with twigs than leaves.

This is not a venik. You will not be able to use them in the bath (sauna). Very small size and not formed handle - it will crumble in your hands.

Opened the box it came in and discovered that it was not only totally scrunched up at the top, as if the box was not big enough by a lot, but the entire top half was rotten. Threw it out asap.

The product does not hold well together. Too small handle part, very weak fastening, and yellow leaves which is not typical for a high quality product. Fell apart after two uses. Overpriced.
